Deltina Coffee Roasters was our last stop before leaving Pismo Beach this time around. The interior is dark and moody, with a focus on wood fixtures. The dim lights set the perfect vibe for me. We got there late in the morning, so there weren't a lot of pastries left, but the chocolate chip cookie was good. The barista who took my order was friendly & helpful with my questions. I either got a raspberry latte or a raspberry white mocha and really liked it. I love that you could actually taste the espresso and it didn't just taste like milk with a hint of coffee lol. If you go to any coffee shop in the area, let it be Deltina. You won't regret it. read more

Deltina Coffee Roasters is an adorable coffee shop in Oceano! They have a nice little back patio where you can sit and enjoy your coffee and some conversation with a friend. My iced latte was freakin delicious and they roast all of their coffee in house which is always an extra bonus. Service is always friendly and efficient. Came here for a latte today. This place is very impressive since they are roasting there own coffee. You can tell the quality difference in the taste of the coffee. Ended up getting a lavender cinnamon latte and it was awesome. The young lady who is working the front counter was awesome and guided me through the menu and their specialties and provided good recommendations. Definitely recommend this place. I love coffee! All things coffee. I have even begun experimenting with it at home. A connoisseur of coffee, a coffeisseur if you will. Deltina is on a whole different level. We are out here playing checkers and Deltina is playing chess, 3 moves ahead! Great service, and greater coffee. My wife got a salted caramel iced-coffee and I went with a latte with almond milk and sugar-free vanilla. Phe-nom-e-nal! The flavor profiles were great, you could taste the coffee and it was not too sweet. Loved both drinks! It was much cheaper than big chain shops as well! Love the look of this place. It's very rustic and organic with lots of wood. Looks like it was initially just a coffee roaster that expanded and added a coffee shop to showcase its beans. All beans are organic and roasted in-house. I tried its iced mocha, which was very good. It's not sweet like other places, and flavor was bold. Kind of reminded me of ones I used to get at Portola and Brot, near where I live. Also bought a bag of its High-Tide (dark roast) beans and made some pour overs at home. I am still trying to tweak the settings to get the right flavor because initial ones came out quite bitter. These beans seem much stronger than other dark roasts I had in the past, and have more of an oily appearance. It's in a weird location next to a laundromat. It's close to the beach but also close to several large farms. read more

What a great place. I love finding hidden gems and this is definitely that. It's not in the lime light of Pismo Beach but it's 100% worth the visit. I had the latte (no syrup) which was amazing. They roast in-house organic beans (they get their beans from all over the place depending on what is in season). Currently, they are brewing the Cypress Blend for their lattes. It's not acidic and has chocolate notes. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice. I have an espresso machine at home and I pull my own shots. I am a novice so I want to learn from those that are in the industry. He was friendly and we talked about how we got started in the coffee roasting business. What a great story. Deltina has plenty of parking and the interior had a great vibe. The workers are friendly and the service is great. 100% recommend this place. read more

The coffee here never disappoints! It's just great coffee. Great bold flavors. I like how they kept the menu simple and focused on the main thing which is coffee without all the fancy flavors and experiments. The service was great each time. Helpful with answering questions and or giving suggestions. Quick and easy service. The ambiance is nice and quiet. The place seems a little bit dark inside because theres not much big windows to let natural light in but if that bothers you they have an outdoor patio with some planters for you to enjoy your coffee and do some work. They have the actual coffee roaster machine, their signature logo, inside the shop and it really is a mini coffee factory inside which is pretty cool. Hopefully they're able to bring in more tables and chairs for people to come in. Highly recommend this coffee shop. The best in town! Come in and try it for yourself. As a first time tourist from Portland Oregon, I was delighted that they have this Everything cookie! There was only one left by the time we ordered. Located in a small beach town on the central coast, Deltina offers organic coffee and has their own roastery. Their coffee beans are roasted on-site in small batches. They even have a cute expresso bar. Love the local vibe! Deltina provides nice indoor seating options for longer stays. We order a coffee and latte with oat milk. The coffee and latte were incredibly smooth, and had wonderful rich flavor. They sell their coffee beans too. We went back on Sunday to grab more coffee and buy some coffee beans, but they were closed. They do ship. I can't wait to return! read more

My wife any I make it a point to try various coffee shops, while we are on vacation. Deltina had positive Yelp reviews, so we put it on our list of coffee shops to try. I must say we were not disappointed. We loved that they roast their coffee beans right their in the shop. Upon entry, you are greeted with a friendly baristas and the aroma of roasted coffee. The Organic beans are roasted to perfection on site. They also carry an array of plant based milks & good quality real dairy milk for your lattes. The shop is wide open with minimal seating. I was somewhat disappointed with the selection of baked goods. We were looking forward to trying the Hippy cookie, but they were out and low on other selections. Parking is easy in the lot. I can honestly say I'm am currently enjoying one of the best lattes I've ever had! I was drawn here naturally by the perfect five star reviews, the fact that they're a roaster and all of their coffee is organic. When you first enter Deltina, it's a wide open shop, very minimalistic and industrial. So if you're looking for a cozy little place to sit, there is not a ton of seating, but don't let that deter you because their coffee is that good. There are a few places to sit, but your view will be that of large bags of coffee, their beautiful roaster, and coffee shop supplies. Their menu is small, but the focus is (and should be) on their coffee. The two beautiful girls at the counter were very helpful and sweet. If I lived in Pismo, this would be my go-to coffee spot. Today, I grabbed a chai latte from Deltina and it was *incredible*. Creamy texture and every spice was distinct and accounted for. Otherwise, I've tried their espresso via PCH Shave Ice & Boba (in their ube latte) and it's SO good - it's so smooth, has great flavor, and would be a great base for any latte.
