Climbing was still fun, even if we waited in line a couple of times. They did have a really cool cotton candy machine that had all different designs and flavor options, my kids did get a kick out of that.

The place needs a good cleaning. I was stickcing to the floor. They had face painting which was nice and a lady making cotton candy. The also had a dee-jay. The kids went up on stage and sang in microphones. They did the limbo too. My child was bored after a half hour. They need to have more interactive games. Play freeze dance, have musical chairs or something to engage the kids more. I like the idea but I wont be having any party there anythime soon.

Our Back Yard Play Place is more like a 3.5 than a 4 but I don't think worthy of a solid three…read morestars. This place is pretty big. Being on top of the bowling alley, this give kids and family extra time together (or separate if the kids go play by themselves while the parents bowl, which seems to be the case here). There are a great deal of inflatable bounce houses and one giant obstacle course, a ropes tower with a slide, rock wall, some arcade games, and a few birthday party rooms. For two kids to play for 1 1/2 hours was $24 total. Seemed like a pretty good deal considering there's no other place quite like this and it keeps the kids active and happy. It is dingy and there are quite a few broken arcade games that they just decide that they're never going to fix (I've been here a few times). You pay 25-50 cents per game or a dollar to play air hockey, basketball, or a motorcycle game. There are no tickets so you're really only playing to have fun, not win prizes. There is a coin machine (it's slow) to give you quarters for the games. During my most recent visit, the basketball machine broke on us so that was interesting. Other than the rinky dink "arcade" (which is kind of just scattered around the bounce houses), this is a fun place with plenty of room for the kids to run around.

On the day of my event all I had to do was show up with the Birthday Girl. My daughters party exceeded my expectation as I had never seen the facility in person until we arrived. The play space was a safe and sanitary environment for all those in my party to enjoy. The parental lounge was nice and cozy leaving the adults an opportunity to sit down and relax while watching everything through the glass doors. The temperature in the environment was climate controlled leaving guests comfortable. The private party space was lit up with decor, and each child's seat had a special favor for them to take home. Activities took place while eating and socializing, the kids were able to participate in play with Max Adventures staff leaving them singing and dancing for joy. I would definitely recommend Max Adventures to all of those who are looking for a 100% private party space with an amazing staff to assist along the way. Trust Me! Book Your Party Now! Wow!! I can't stop…read morethinking about what a wonderful day today was, and it's all thanks to the great people at Kids U. We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here today and what could normally be a stressful day for most parents, ended up being such a breeze!! From the start, before the big day, communication was clear and we were given exact pricing. I went in a few weeks before the big day and the manager (?) was kind enough to give me a tour and a rundown of exactly how the time would be spent. For the first half hour, the kids have free range of the jungle gym area, that reminded me of Discovery Zone from my youth. The next half hour was spent in a separate room that had trampolines, rock walls, swings, bubbles, balls...it was kid heaven. Keep in mind our group had age ranges from 1 all the way to 11, and everyone seemed entertained! During the whole time the staff was super attentive and assisted any of the kids if they needed help. The last half hour we all moved to the food area that was decorated so beautifully, where everyone enjoyed the cake and food and again, the staff was super on point and handled everything. They served the kids food, they cut and served the cake, and they cleaned up when we were done! I can't reiterate enough how efficient the 3 women were! I 10/10 recommend Kids U for any birthday parties you may be considering. Thank you guys, so much!!
