Have eaten here before in Dallas all I explored at the time was the salad. Today was an adventure in quick I'm and out headed for the airport. First of all I don't have a problem with ordering at the counter. The service staff was super helpful professional and patient helping all of my first time crew navigate through the options. I personally like the choices of wings and sauces. The one flavor missing would be the basic teriyaki. The mango habanero was really good and not too spicy. Good fries, excellent fried pickles and good toast. 4 versions of tea, peach, raspberry, plain sweet and unsweetened. The normal selections of sodas. I don't always like the heavy sweetness of the sauces, well I do always like I just don't always want when trying to eat healthy. But this place has options and today I chose not healthy and enjoyed it. read more

Stopped in after a long day in airports and airplanes. Grabbed the buffalo mac n cheese and a Reese PB Shake. The mac n cheese wasn't too bad. There was plenty of buffalo sauce and cheese sauce. Macaroni was tender but not very hot. The shake was basically a vanilla shake. Didn't really have a pb flavor. Service was good though. read more

So far Slim's has been my go to for chicken tenders, they're delicious. The service is good and food is always nice & hot. I always get the Slim's meal with fries so can't speak to their multiple sides and sandwiches the offer. read more

Where do I even begin!!? The service was not very friendly at all. Then I ordered a chocolate milk shake only to find it is so full it's spilling out from the side of the cup and got all over my car.. I sat at the drive through window holding the cup out the window for a good 5 min while I was ignored. I finally drove away and went back through the line. Once I was acknowledged I was thrown some napkins. What is wrong with people? Please take the chocolate mess that is spilling over the cup due to you not paying attention and make it right!!! I asked for her to take it and make me another one very politely. I was handed back a half empty milk shake. On top of all of that it is an extremely slow drive through any time I go there. They really just need to go back through training or better management or something because this store is struggling! read more

This was my first time to eat Slim Chickens. Had heard it was decent. My husband had it in the past and said it was decent. This place...i hope it was just this location, and not Slim chickens in general, but the food was SO SALTY that we only took a few bites of our sandwiches and threw them away. It was terrible. How is the acceptable. Pull away from the drive up (dining room was closed), can't even get the straw into the cup for this much ice. Probably received 4 ounces of soda in a large cup. This has to be the slowest fast food drive thru I've ever encountered. Every time without fail it takes 30+ minutes in line even when we are the only car. This isn't a one time thing. We've sat for 30+ minutes over 10 times for an easy chicken tender order. Do not come here if you're looking for a fast drive thru experience. read more

I was in my car for 15 minutes after they had taken my payment and forgot about me at the 2nd window. I actually had to call them and tell them if someone could just process my refund. Customer service isn't really bad, nor is the food; HOWEVER, the tall, young, red headed girl who worked the drive thru headset on 3/7/23 Night Shift doesn't need to be working the headset if we have to tell her 3 times that our order isn't correct, just to be charged for it anyway and her still not correct it. So in other words, don't order unless you Doordash or something that way they can at least use their eyes since they can't use their ears. I ordered a cayenne chicken sandwich without the spread, and the entire time I was eating it I was thinking of how I was going to leave an amazing review. The chicken was super moist and I was worried that it would be hard to eat without the sauce but it was delicious and not dry at all. The flavor was popping as well. I think I've really been sleeping on their chicken sandwiches. The whole experience was amazing .... Until I looked over at my ticket taped to the bag and realized they placed my order under the name "Karen"..... so anyways the food was absolutely awful and I must speak to the manager at once!!! read more

We've enjoyed our meals at this location. The chicken tenders and sides are always good. The cashier was very friendly, as were the other employees we crossed-paths with. I have been eating slims for more than a decade and have never had a bad experience until this location. I have been 3 times and not once have I received friendly service or the correct food. The drive through is terribly designed with the double windows being so close you can't actually have a car at each window at the same time. Don't waste your time. Head to the promenade location or choose something else, you will be disappointed. read more
