Guests were not properly notified or updated, which created confusion and frustration for everyone involved. We were seated at 7:30 PM and did not receive our food until after 9:00 PM. Whatever, call me basic. I love Chili's, and more importantly, I love *this* Chili's. I always try to sit in the bar area at this location. Any time I get seated in the main restaurant, service has been hit or miss, but the folks working in the bar area are really fantastic. They've got a ton going on, but they've always made sure my meal came out right and that my drink is full. I can't say enough good things about them, and they're the reason I love this location. As far as food quality goes - it's your standard American chain fare. They do it as well as any Chili's, but Chili's tends to be pretty consistent as a brand. I include parking info in every review because I have major parking anxiety. Here, the lot is really easy to get in and out of and I always have plenty of space to park. The chicken was 100% frozen tasteless trash. The "garlic bread" they provided was a fucking wet sponge. I ordered a side of chili... it was so salty a human being could not consume it.
