The decor is metal, tattoos, skateboards, motorcycles, Atlanta, and nostalgia. The vibe is friendly and the barbers are approachable and welcoming to everyone I've seen come through the door. Not only is his last name Shears, but he also knows how to use them. How ironic. Dennis knows his craft, and what I truly love about this guy is that he really takes his time and educates his clients. He is excellent at explaining things to my teenage son, and you can really tell he is passionate about his trade. He asks before doing something, explains why he is doing it, and teaches how to properly style your hair. I have stories about my son getting cut by barbers, having barbers who use a clippers with one hand while talking on their phone to their buddies... Had a hairstylist cut totally uneven hair... Paid him with a tip, came back the second time and it was a complete different experience. He forgot that I went to him the first time and was nonchalant about my haircut. Can't speak on the cuts but the customer service was trash! You didn't explain. You told me to contact the app and that I cancelled within 24 hours... which I didn't. You then asked for screenshots I didn't have. I contacted you the next morning bc I got an email saying to reach back out to you for the refund, to which you still said no.
