There was a mistake made in regards to an item that was ordered and our waitress came over to tell me it was her fault and that she will get it out as fast possible, I was shocked by the honesty but very much appreciated it as that's how you build rapport with your clientele. A manager stopped by and bought my drink and food for the inconvenience which they didn't have to do but they were very kind for that. When the food came out it was worth every bit of the wait the chicken was juicy the lettuce was crisp. Although mistakes can happen having a staff that acknowledges it is huge. I forgot our waitresses name but she was the shorter of the two she was wearing glasses and a sweater (I was sweating just looking at her).
