This time, a woman in my 50's, working through menopausal…read moresymptoms, with a weak pelvic floor, recovering from a reverse shoulder replacement and overweight, I possibly had unrealistic expectations of a "trainer" that would encompass my personal heath needs. I also wanted guidance on whole, clean foods that energized my body and combated my menopausal triggers. I needed to start strength training. I was concerned about longevity of life. I was coming to Florida from a different state and found Nicole through reviews on YELP. I am so glad I contacted her. This is the first YELP review I have ever taken the time to write. She is an empowerment and wellness coach. She holds a plethora of certifications, is an author (I read her wonderfully insightful books) and is continuously expanding her knowledge for the betterment of her clients. Most importantly, she personally had experience with overcoming a fair amount of things I also sought help with. I could connect with her, I trusted her and I am walking away with positive results. If you are a female going through menopause and want to understand how to move your body by utilizing the proper form and techniques through weight training, while incorporating a meal plan that compliments your goals, Nicole will help you get there. She also helped me through my fears and anxieties that kept me in the same unhealthy life cycle that I kept repeating. My expectations were clearly surpassed. My only regret is that I did not start sooner with Nicole. Thank you for your guidance and patience with me!

Hands down The Best Nutritionist I have ever had!!!…read more I've worked with tons of nutritionists over the years, but none have come close to the experience I've had with Christopher Fuzzy. He's truly one in a million. Unlike many others who rush you through the basics, Christopher takes his time to really understand your unique needs. He analyzed my Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and designed a fully personalized plan that actually works for me. His Lifestyle Counseling Program is something out of this world -- it's not just a plan, it's an education in how to fuel your body correctly for life. He doesn't just hand you a cookie-cutter diet. Instead, he teaches you how to build your own meal plans based on your calories and macronutrients, and even provides a shopping list tailored to the best foods for your goals. And get this -- he gives you eating-out guidelines so you can still enjoy life without guilt or guesswork. This isn't a diet. This is a sustainable lifestyle change -- and I'm never going back to the old way. Be prepared: you're going to want more than just 1 or 2 consultations. Christopher gives you so much valuable information -- from understanding food labels to mastering portion sizes -- it's worth every minute. Thank you, Christopher, for your professionalism, your passion, and the genuine care you show your clients. It's clear that helping people is what you were born to do. Thank you from Rodolfo Cordova

Each session was a different focus which I liked because it eased me into changing my habits and the sessions weren't boring. He's very understanding but also expects you to take his sessions seriously. He really gears his sessions to you specifically. He knew I was going to be getting bariatric surgery, which has dietary restrictions post surgery, and I have PCOS. Chris worked around those obstacles to help create a plan that would help me now and in the future. In the six months, I lost 30 pounds with light cardio and without changing my diet too drastically. I never felt I was being deprived of food and I learned to eat smarter.

It is a small office with several rooms dedicated to different types of testing, which makes the experience feel focused and efficient. Both Victoria and Nick were great. Victoria helped me with my DEXA scan, and Nick guided me through my RMR analysis. They were kind, professional, and very genuine in how they explained everything. The information can feel like a lot to take in, but they walk you through your results, give helpful guidance, and provide access to their app along with their contact information in case you have questions later. I also really appreciated how quick and efficient everything was. By the time I left, my results had already been emailed to me, and I was given printed copies as well. They offer individual testing options or bundled packages for better pricing. I am excited to have these metrics as they give me a clearer picture of my overall health and wellness. I highly recommend this for anyone serious about reaching their fitness and health goals.

All people deserve respect, especially since they are being charged monthly fees. Instead, management allowed the "rolling eyes", the hate, the judgement, the "I am thinner and prettier" mentality permeate through the entire organization to the point where all other sessions not at 9 am were hated, disrespected, devalued. Join a gym where the people have left junior high mentality behind and you can work out, feel welcome and be appreciated instead of being hated, talked about, disrespected, ignored. The gym is a place to work out, not this Instagram photo op that management created, posed for, encouraged. Any other gym would be better than this hate-fest.

LONG OVERDUE REVIEW…read more I've been a member at Crossfit Predators since November 2015 (Black Friday, in fact). Coming from a big-box gym experience for almost ten years, this was a breath of fresh air. Gary & Pam Roberts are phenomenal coaches and even better people, treating everyone who walks in like a part of the family. Focusing on compound olympic movement has been a blast, as I've seen results both in how I safely perform lifts (completely revamping my squat technique in the process) and the increase in weight I can lift. Also, as someone who maybe took one gymnastics class in pre-school, never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be able to do hand-stand push-ups! If you are considering trying out Crossfit or are just looking for a change in your fitness routine, I highly recommend coming in for a free week. You'll come away impressed and ready to take on whatever's on the whiteboard!
