I have been coming here for a while getting shots here and there. But this time I decided to start one of the programs. I was seen by a Dr and blood work was done. After reading my blood work, the specific program i wanted to start would not be a good for for me. So they recommended the vitamin therapy program and a eating plan that suits me based on my own work. So I came in to lose weight, however lab work stated I needed to work on other things first. I like thst they are going to hell control my diet to bring down my lab blood work numbers first. I went in for orientation and signed up for the recommended program. FIT & TRIM - Please BEWARE! This company is just selling Groupon's on Groupon's website to lure people in and then sell their own products. I was very disappointed when they convinced me not to use my Groupon because they said that what's included in the Groupon won't be enough to even see any results, and I ended up paying separately for their own products, meaning that I didn't even use the Groupon at all. After not seeing results for a about 3 weeks, I got ill and ended up in and out the hospital. I missed an appointment, and they didn't even bother to call me back for rescheduling, to check up on me and my progress etc., nothing, and once I stopped going completely, I never till this day got a call back from them at all. Which means, once they get your $$$ they don't care if you follow through or not, they are only in it for your money! Also, may I add, I never got a refund for the weeks I didn't even get to use, this isn't professionalism and/or caring for your customers!
