I called the number on the bill to get a breakdown of services to try to justify the amount. They said no problem. Just got the breakdown and it is the same bill as the first, no breakdown at all. $875 for the visit and $236 because it was after 10pm. This is just the doctors bill. I was there for less than an hour and had no tests done. I was given a prescription for antibiotics. I can get no answers from the Care Center or the doctor. I will be getting my lawyer involved and calling the local news so they can look into this scam center. Someone needs to stop this place. BTW I paid less for my son to get 7 stitches at the real ER at night on a Sunday than for me to get my ears checked at this Care Center in Davie. If you are thinking of going, JUST DON'T!

For the recent times I came to visit a loved one, it's been so efficient and not a taxing process to go visit someone that is here, which is the best thing you can ask for if you're stressed and worried. They have security you have to check in with at the entrance and there are two areas to filter through, one for visitors and one for people coming to get medical attention. They have observation units and it's one of the nicest and cleanest Emergency Departments I've been to. There's even valet parking--at a cost, of course--to get you through a smooth check-in process, supported by very friendly security guards. Each pavilion is reasonably sized, so it's easy to find the patient you're visiting, and everything is clearly marked. And if you still have trouble locating someone, the staff will help you right away. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. What I appreciated the most is that the AC isn't blasting like there's no tomorrow, and the nurses and doctors are exceptionally well prepared. You truly feel like you're in the hands of professionals, and you can be at peace knowing your loved ones are being well cared for. They offer Intensive Care, Urgent Care and all type of Care. Hopefully you never need their services--but if you ever do, consider them as a solid option.
