So as you'll see in past reviews of mine, Dr Barry Schiff and his team at Cardiomender change my life every time I come for help! In 2009 I lost 75 lbs in just over 3 months, got off all blood pressure meds, and my cholesterol got perfect! Kept the weight off 7 years, then got into the heavy drinking party life and gained a bunch back. I went back in 2020 and lost weight for the purpose of cleaning up to party more haha! Now in 2024 I came back to doc ready to clean up and keep it off again! Too old for the games. When you start your program, they run bloodwork, EKG, and other tests, so they can find the best plan for you. Then you go in weekly to see how you're going along with your plan. This is the best weight loss plan I have ever done. There is no loosing out on your favorite foods. Yes, you cannot have sugar but, the alternatives that they offer are wonderful. the staff is excellent and they do not beat you up and tell you you are doing wrong. We are treated as adults and even if you stray, you can always go back on track immidately and you will be fine. I do not feel hungry and they do not push all the products on you to get you to spend money like other plans. I don't usually like to leave reviews, but I figured I would let you all know this place has it figured out when it comes to weight loss. I'm a 46 year old female. I have done my fair share of diets. I've been a healthy eater for most of my life and exercised regularly, but after kids and age creeping up, my metabolism slowed down and I had become overweight. It didn't matter what diet I tried or what new exercise regimen I began...it just wouldn't work. I was fed up with my appearance and walked into CardioMender. I feel terrible because I have not been able to go here in weeks, but I did go for 5 weeks and dropped 20lbs. I definitely plan on going back, but have been traveling for work. The program definitely works and everyone there is sooooooo nice. Pricey, but the weight loss is worth it. They make their own oils and vinegars and they are AMAZING! Like all brides to be, we look for a way for quick weight loss and go to extremes. I decided to go with this internationally known diet that promises weight loss at a tremendous rate. Insurance doesn't cover it but seeing it in different news shows and reading tons of swear to by former people, I thought I would give it a try. After getting the shock of a tube inserted into my nose and wearing a feeding pack 24/7 for two weeks I was ready to see what the loss was all about. 7 lbs? I was very disappointed and definitely not worth 1500 no matter how great the service was.
