In 2009 I lost 75 lbs in just over 3 months, got off all blood pressure meds, and my cholesterol got perfect! Kept the weight off 7 years, then got into the heavy drinking party life and gained a bunch back. I went back in 2020 and lost weight for the purpose of cleaning up to party more haha! Now in 2024 I came back to doc ready to clean up and keep it off again! Too old for the games. They have a mini fridge filled with waters for patients to help themselves to. The waiting time wasn't too bad at all. It does however take a good amount of time to get a first appointment here. Dr Martinez was very patient, very thorough and didn't rush through the appointment at all. He listened to my concerns and questions and addressed them all. It's so nice to have a Dr who genuinely seems concerned with your well being. They also have a dietician here and from what I understand they have a weight loss, Dr supervised clinic here as well. If there was anything I'd change about this practice is, it seems the only way to communicate with them is through text which I think could be hard for some of their older patients.
