However I was paired with the aesthetician named Iris. Iris was great she helped kept me calm, she answered all of my questions, and she followed up after my treatment. I have actually come here before and have now purchased a package and will be visiting more often. The hair removal process is extremely easy and I was told that they have one of the new and latest models of lasers which make it pretty painless and helps with the prevention of rapid regrowth. This is 100% fact, I rarely have had to shave after just a few sessions. From head to toe, from your armpits to your legs they cover it all. If a manager reads this thank you so much too Iris for taking care of me. Give this spa a try guys!

Sometimes there is a wait, but I always leave so satisfied. Prices are very good for the great quality they provide! I have gotten laser hair removal in many places, but when I got it done at BioVital, the results have lasted the longest with minimal touch ups needed. It is fast, painless, and an amazing price point for the quality of the service. Everyone is so nice, knowledgable, and it is truly the best place you could get laser hair removal. Everything is clean, sanitized, and all employees are properly masked. Recently I started going here for facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. I chose this med spa for facials because of their amazing products -Skinucentials. Really reputable company with great ingredients. And my face shows it! I have really sensitive, acne prone skin, and they know just what to do. I have loved the results from their facials - they take their time, I felt relaxed, and got great results. I will keep coming here as much as I can. Love BioVital Med Spa! Best place for facials & laser hair removal.

I've also gotten laser hair removal as well. Ryan, my nurse and co-owner of the facility, does the HRT. I went to him after having a horrible experience at a different facility. He is so caring and thorough. He really takes the time to get to know his patients and focus on their specific needs. He's also very gentle with injecting the pellets - I still yelp when he does it though as the initial stick always gets me! It makes him laugh though. So glad I can provide him with a little entertainment during the procedure. Sophie has done my facials and also did my laser hair removal, and she's amazing! Lately, I've been scheduled with Gabbie for my facials, and she's awesome too. Just like Sophie, Gabbie always knows exactly what my skin needs--I usually don't even know what kind of facial I'm getting, but I trust her completely and my face always glows afterward. She's so sweet, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I genuinely enjoy my appointments with both of them! Stephanie and Dani are the nurses that do my IV therapy. They are so sweet! Love them too! When I come in for the IV, they already know I actively stay dehydrated - I just work so hard that I forget to stop to eat and drink! So they offer me water as soon as I walk in. They're very gentle with the needle too! Really the entire staff is wonderful. As soon as you walk in you're always greeted with beautiful smiles and faces. Everyone is genuinely kind. I truly love it there! It's always a great experience and it's been almost 3 years! I highly recommend them!

Just be careful! You want a surgeon who can deal with situations when they go bad, which,…read moreunfortunately, can happen. I had my first breast lift and implant surgery with him in 2006. I developed MRSA (a bad infection) which led to capsular contracture and lots of pain for a whole year. He, honestly, did NOT know what to do with me. He kept putting me on valium as a muscle relaxer and as an anxiety reliever. Eventually, I left to another plastic surgeon who fixed the situation appropriately. I'm sure he was very happy I went elsewhere, because he truly did not know what to do! Maybe, today he has more experience and would have a better idea of how to deal with negative outcomes.

I wasn't asked my phone number to be called at a later time, and am extremely disappointed as the location is very close to my office. It is hard for customers to give you their business if they can't get to it to begin with. Please have someone who is a bit more resourceful when answering your phones. I went to Dr. Ryan Greene for correction of under-eye trough filler that had been placed more than…read moreeight years ago. While it initially looked good, it later caused puffiness and a bluish discoloration. After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. He used a needle rather than a cannula, which I believe allowed for greater precision -- especially in the hands of a clinician with deep, expert knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue planes. Because I needed correction from previous work in a very delicate area of the face, I researched extensively before deciding where to go. Dr. Greene is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon with specialized training in head and neck surgery, and that level of expertise clearly shows in both his assessment and execution. Considering his education, high-volume experience with injectables, and the quality of care I received, I also found his pricing to be very fair. Between his expertise, excellent staff, and great personality, I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Greene to anyone seeking skilled and thoughtful care -- especially for complex under-eye filler correction.
