f your as lucky as I am maybe you'll get to meet Chuck Norris too. We're a full time family and we've been to over 100 parks. Navigating the hills and trees with our 40' fifth wheel want a problem. Only a handful of sites don't have concrete pads yet, not an issue since we see there upgrading as they can. Pool looked fun but it's closed. Restrooms were clean and the laundry rooms worked well. Got woken up a little after 7am by chain saws cutting down trees. Was upset cause quiet time ends at 8am. As we were packing up Chuck came over and respectfully apologized for what was going on. It was out of his control and since he felt bad about it he refunded us that nights stay. With traveling as long as we have I can honestly say this is the first time an owner has personally apologized for an issue at a park. To me that means alot!! Because of that face to face, acknowledgement of the issue and the resolution I have nothing but respect for Chuck. We will be back and will definitely recommend this nice little place.

This is a little gem hidden from the electronic age. Cannot make reservations using today's electronics. You must call and talk to a resonant on the phone. Told no problem for one night. When we got there we decided to stay for 2 nights. We choose a gravel pull thru over a concrete pad which was a back in. The pull thru had full shade during the day. The restroom was super clean. They have a very nice area with swimming pool and campers with family's. Will defiantly stay there in future again. There Wi-Fi was excellent. Was able to stay hooked up the whole time

The pond that is available for fishing. No license required. We caught some bass, perch and bream.

They had a playground, a pool, laundry services, a dog park, and a small fishing pond!

There are anchor bolts sticking out of the walls and bottom of the pool. Three of our five person group cut their feet on the broken rough patches of concrete. There is a dirt line all the way around the inside. Its gross. The camping spots are all gravel. It's rained two afternoons and our sites were flooded. The power went out two of three days but was restored quickly. There are kids (like young kids) and adults drinking and driving golf carts and side by sides FAST and irresponsibly. Someone is going to get hurt. Rules are not enforced so there are people riding and playing loud music at all hours of the night. Don't expect to get anywhere in a vehicle. People park in the roads wherever they want with campers, trucks, trailers, golf carts, etc. There is NOTHING to do nearby. The closest grocery store is 20 min away. The only positive of our stay was the Fourth of July fireworks show. It lasted 25 minutes. I bumped up one star for that. We will not be back here.

We were there through the week on off season. Nothing is open through the week. No camp store. No restaurant. They did blow up the jumping pillows. On our second day we finally flagged down an employee that gave up the corn hole bags and horseshoes to use. (All those including paddles for kayaks are locked up in camp store that isn't open until Friday ). The animals were nice. It was rutting season though so they asked you don't pet the deer. Fishing was good. Caught some small ones. Did see others catch bigger. Lake was very pretty. Peaceful through the week. There were only four of us maybe lol. Weekends are a different story. Very busy. Do need to enforce some speed limits on Golf carts and a few cars too. Most part was good. There's the river just through the gate where the boat ramp is. (I would never back a boat down that ramp btw it's sketchy steep) That area is a good little swimming spot since the pool and tubing and pretty much all of it shuts down last week of September. Staff was nice.
