This place is awful. Took weeks to get in for an appointment for a sleep test. When I finally got…read morein the lady, Melissa, was super unprofessional. Didn't walk me to her office, never introduced herself and barely provided any information. She joked that no one wanted to do the test twice, which is a given. When the appointment was over she just sat at her desk staring at me. I awkwardly got up and went to the door while her eyes followed me. Super uncomfortable. The next day she called and left a voicemail saying the test was unsuccessful because the chest device didn't record any information. When I called back I was refused any sort of troubleshooting or explanation of what happened. Nor was I given the opportunity to speak to Melissa to ask questions, even though I was returning her call. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other locations. This place is a joke. I will never return to this one.

Also advised me on new products such as batteries to make my machines more portable. He made me feel that it was about patient care. Recently called just to…read morehave a nose piece replaced and the customer service was awful by the reception so I asked for the manager and she was actually worse!!! They couldn't be bothered to try to help me and had a "don't care" and "go figure it out on your own" attitude. I have worked in customer service my whole life and this is not the way you take care of customers or keep them. Do not go to Sleep F/X if you value being treated with respect and dignity. Fortunately I have found a great, caring place to go! I called Advanced Respiratory Care Network and they were absolutely amazing - took the time to "listen" to me and then give me valuable information. Bonus, they had the nose piece I was looking for and picked it up the same day! This is the place that has earned my respect and business.

I have always appreciated that they patiently listen to any concerns or questions I have an explain in ways for non-medical people. I noted someone complaining about prices. Careful assuming that they are expensive. Internet pricing for CPAP equipment and masks is not always easy to compare. At one time Canadians could buy from US based internet suppliers, their are additional costs such as, duty and freight. Also, please take into account that local business supports our economy and the fact that your local provider is here for you. I have been a client of SleepFX for over 15 years!
