I was counseled on how to apply the equipment needed for recording my sleep at home for 1 night. It's a bit cumbersome, and I didn't have the greatest sleep. I returned the equipment the next day. 3 weeks later, I was asked to return for the results, which had already been sent to my family doctor. They seem very professional and caring. The results were explained very well. They encourage you to purchase some sleep aide equipment, but it's not a hard sell. Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area. Masks are mandatory.

This place is awful. Took weeks to get in for an appointment for a sleep test. When I finally got…read morein the lady, Melissa, was super unprofessional. Didn't walk me to her office, never introduced herself and barely provided any information. She joked that no one wanted to do the test twice, which is a given. When the appointment was over she just sat at her desk staring at me. I awkwardly got up and went to the door while her eyes followed me. Super uncomfortable. The next day she called and left a voicemail saying the test was unsuccessful because the chest device didn't record any information. When I called back I was refused any sort of troubleshooting or explanation of what happened. Nor was I given the opportunity to speak to Melissa to ask questions, even though I was returning her call. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other locations. This place is a joke. I will never return to this one.
