Daniel who assisted me at Mattress Firm was by far the most knowledgeable on the products. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and there was no pressure to purchase nor steering to a higher cost product. Daniel explained the difference between them all, encouraged me to try all of them, and answered my many questions. He was pleasant tried to fix because said Levin would not replace a custom order. If I had ordered stock couch, they would have replaced?? Same problem but out of luck because spent more $! Tech drilled into new couch to move connector and improved Top appearance but bottom of couch offline. Noticed two days later that the corner piece (next to) is now off line and huge gap on top of couch. Customer Service Crystal called and said that "meets manufacturer deviation" so would do nothing to correct and refused any type of refund. I spent alot of hard earned money and according to Levin I just have to deal with. Would love their sales and customer service to work hard for money, receive crap and just be stuck with it.
