We first went to Ashley and settled on some wooden dining chairs. We decided to check out La Sierra based on my previous pleasant experience and were given a much better deal than at Ashley. Under $100 a chair including assembly and delivery! They were able to deliver a few days later with short notice that I had small window of free time. Very happy again with La Sierra and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great prices, sturdy furniture and fast, reliable service.

I'm at the grocery store when I get another call saying they still haven't fixed their mistake and to come back. What the heck? I asked if it was necessary, and they said yes. Whatever. Free pillows. One more trip. The day of delivery, we received the wrong pull out sofa (we got one that didn't pull out into a bed- which was the #1 thing we wanted as we have family visit often), the wrong Tempur-Pedic mattress, and the wrong bedframe. How? How is more than half of our order wrong? Getting the whole ordeal sorted took a month, and the communication with the manager was awful. We tried to speak to someone else only to be told rudely that no one else can help us. Now, fast forward to three years later- Someone at that store placed an order under OUR address and name that we neither paid for nor ordered. I have waited over an hour on the phone to even speak to someone at the store because the line goes directly to some third party elsewhere. Now I'm being told I cannot be connected to the store. THE STORE HAS NO REAL NUMBER! What is wrong with these people? What is with all of the absolute incompetence? While we're happy with our items, everyone in this freaking store is literally the worst. Do not purchase from here. The warnings are everywhere on Yelp, and my biggest regret is going to this specific store. Go here if you want almost everything you ordered to be wrong, extremely high pressure sales (which we expected), and random orders placed under your account YEARS later.

The salespeople are very kind and they aren't horrible vultures. I get it, some places reward that behavior and those sales people have to do their job.. but this is a wonderful small family owned place and I'd shop here before going anywhere else ever again. The problem was that it was an ashley recliner that was poorly assembled. The wood panels were in the wrong place and nails were hanging in mid air. I contact furniture to love to get the warranty started in April. As time passes, I don't hear from them at all, and they didn't respond to even one email. When I call them, all they can say is that the owners know and they are working on this. It's now August and I still have just a broken recliner and haven't heard from them at all. After multiple attempts to call and fix the problem, I've given up. Terrible business practice.
