I am a disabled woman and I…read morelive on a fixed income and I purchased a bed from mattress by appointment in September and they told me I would be receiving a brand new bed for $500 well when the owner brought me my bed I had noticed that the bed was the bed off the showroom floor and it was already broken in from all the different people that have came into the store so when I contacted the store the owner and told him about my problem he told me that he wasn't going to replace the bed and remind you I had financed the bed and I owed them their money so I contacted them to see if they could help me out and they weren't any help so now in November the box spring finally broke down and when I contacted the financial company again about the bed and that I wasn't going to pay the full price for a used bed they threatened me by saying that they will come and get it so now I'm stuck with a broken bed and I don't have any money to replace it myself. Oh yeah I forgot to tell you that I also paid the owner an extra $135 to upgrade the bed for a better mattress and I didn't receive it and when I asked the owner about that he told me that it was for the delivery and taxes. So I'm just trying to worn people to not buy a bed from mattress by appointment they will have you thinking that you're getting a new bed but instead you will get the one off the showroom floor that several people have sat and laid down on

The sales manager was very informative, answered all our questions, and explained all the differences between the different mattresses and showed us the best mattress for our sleeping styles. I decided to not go with their product and told Bill as much. He continued to reach out to me every couple of weeks. I repeatedly told him I was not interested and hit the unsubscribe link several times. It never stopped him. I even contacted the company about this behavior and it simply encouraged him to contact me more. I finally had to block him to avoid his emails. I would NOT recommend this company.

There are so many incredible options to choose from. We are remodeling a house right now, including floor tile, shower tile, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, as well as backsplashes. I'm also redoing two small powder baths in over-the-top fun tile, so it was fun to see the things I've been planning up close. There are still a few higher end tiles I can't get here, but they're mural tiles from a specialty collection, so I didn't really expect to see those in person. They have DIY-classes, helpful staff who can answer questions, and something for every taste and price range. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're even thinking of doing any kind of remodel. It's honestly just fun to go poke around.

We had a perfect experience here the other day. We were there on an overcast Friday, so they weren't busy. Every employee was masked, said hello, asked if we needed help, and then left us alone when we explained we were just kicking tires. While there are certainly some high end things, we were pleasantly surprised by the prices on some things, like lighting. We found many fixtures that we liked that were in our price range. I'm not sure what more I could ask for in visiting a showroom. I got lots of ideas, as well as an idea of what I can and cannot afford. I left with several catalogues. I was never pressured at all, nor was I made to feel like I was in the way for not being a serious customer, rolling in with dimensions and timelines. I can't wait until I'm far enough along in my project to show up with my binder and my checkbook!

Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to the Business Manager who took my info and said she'd look into it. Due to her help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!
