We had a queen that in less than a month was collapsing in the middle. My wife weighs about 115 and I am 185. They allowed us to return for another mattress for an additional $235. Of course after I got my second Kings row from them I began to read the reviews on Kings row, they are not good. Bottom line nice people lousy mattress brand. I do think they should have offered a refund.
