The hospital bed for my mother with als bound to a wheelchair and the new twin for my father her caretaker to be by her side at night. When the delivery drivers came it was a little hectic and they made their way into the en suite handicap accessible bathroom and stole medicine from my mother. Medicine she was taking for her pain and less the anxiety she has from this awful disease. We did call and speak to a manager but received a sorry and shoulder shrug. Don't use them if they are hiring drivers who cannot be trusted and steal from a handicap woman.

She mentioned that I may want to swap where my TV is and move the direction of the room around. I'm glad she suggested it as I LOVE it to this day. The sectional pull out couch is still great after years of use. We've stopped in a bunch of times to pick up various pieces such as my beautiful office desk. Stopped in to look for an ottoman but I didn't find exactly what I envision but the staff was very helpful. They showed me tons of options and patterns I may want to choose so that it fits with my couch. I really enjoy this no pressure shopping. It's a little more expensive then those discount furniture stores but honestly you get what you pay for ... . I'll definitely be back!

My son returned home from overseas deployment and needed to purchase furniture for his house. He was working on a tight budget yet still wanted quality items for his new home. The R&F Clearance Center was running a great sale, and we decided to make the most of it. Enter stage right Angelia Gibson-Ayres and her sales representative! They were helpful without being pushy and informative without being impatient. We were treated like valuable customers as they listened to, provided guidance for, and suggested ideas about, our needs and goals. The exceptional customer service made us feel like winners! I almost forgot what a true sales professional's conversation sounded like in this post-COVID world. Thanks for adding to this amazing moment of my son's first home and creating a solution that he won't easily forget!

I originally researched online to determine the mattress that I settled on. I then went into the…read morelocal store to try it out. They didn't have it available but suggested I try another one that was similar (different brand). I was happy enough with that and had yet to decide 100% to buy. So I went home that day and did more research. I did decide to choose that mattress. Online, I had one price. I went back in store to actually buy though because I wanted the salesperson who helped me a couple days before to get any commission she might receive. Her price in store was $50 higher. She called the manager to see if they could match the online price. Couldn't contact the manager. I left my number and said I would wait to buy online until I heard back from her. Never did. So I purchased online. Or so I thought I did. They confirmed my order and charged me and then within minutes sent me an email that the Dreamcloud mattress line was no longer available through Mattress Warehouse. But it's STILL available for you to buy on their website and ship them your money for a week and a half to two weeks. They offered to substitute two cheaper mattesses "at no additional cost." (Both were less than half as expensive as the one I'd just "bought.") When I declined that generous offer, I was informed I'd get a refund in 10-12 days. I contacted their online customer service and that was a poor experience too. I hesitate to even call that customer service. A very poor experience with this company altogether. If their customer service had been at all apologetic or helpful, I wouldn't have felt inclined to leave this review which I hope helps others to perhaps avoid their poor business practices. Specifically, do not purchase anything from their Dreamcloud line. You'll just tie up your money for a couple of weeks and will still be no closer to having a new mattress. Edit- This was not the Wilmington store. My review is primarily about my online experience.

I discovered the Relax The Back lifestyle while living in Connecticut in the late 90s. Like most,…read moreI found this store through necessity; a lower back pain issue I had since college. I purchased my first recliner (the original BackSaver) from Bill Angel in West Harford Connecticut. It gave me a lot of relief while watching T.V. or reading. When I moved back to Philadelphia in 2006, I soon discovered Gerry and Dave Austin, the father and son team who own the Bryn Mawr RTB store near where I grew up (as well as Cherry Hill and Delaware). I found Gerry and Dave to be extremely nice and incredibly low pressure in selling their products. One of the main concepts of the store is that in order to remain as pain free as possible, you want to keep your spine in proper alignment as much of the day as possible; whether you're driving, tasking in an office chair at work or at home, sleeping, reclining/relaxing, taking an airplane/train ride, etc.. For example, if I don't use my seat wedge and self-inflating pillow while driving in my car, my lower back will begin to hurt within 5 to 10 minutes. That 2 piece setup cost me all of $140 to keep my lower back pain from surfacing. Beyond spinal alignment products, RTB offers massage products including chairs, self massage tools, stretching products etc.. In fact, my next 2 purchases fall under this category. They sell a product that comes with 3 circles that you use to stretch your back to the round curve. The other is a new product for RTB; a fixed angle foot massager that vibrates on a scale from 1 to 10. It includes a round bar at the top so you can move your feet along it instead of resting on the main area. Perhaps my favorite product/tool is one that I bought almost 25 years ago; the TheraCane self massage tool that has a price tag of around $30. I was born with a congenital block in my neck which causes constant neck discomfort and almost constant muscle spasm in my middle to upper back. Short of having a personal masseuse, this is the best action I know to take to give myself just that little bit of relief I need. My most recent purchase is the best product I ever got from Gerry and Dave. The timing could not have been better. They were having their once a decade floor model clearance sale and my knee was in need of a new recliner. I went through a period of time where I was working at home very late and falling asleep reclined in my original BackSaver chair that RTB no longer makes/sells. I woke up a couple of times with my left leg hanging off the side/bottom of the chair. When I awoke my knee was in excruciating pain. I went down to see what Gerry and Dave had for recliners that may solve my problem. I measured the bottom width of the Perfect Chair with automatic controls and it was just the fix I needed. The additional width was plenty to solve my problem. Also, the chair raises your legs from the knee down independently for additional relief in recline. As it turned out, Dave sold me a Perfect Chair with the leather and heat package without realizing it. I said to him, I guess I owe you another $500 then. Needless to say, he didn't want me to pay the money.

Based on the expected delivery date, we disassembled our existing bed two days prior and ended up sleeping on the floor. We then visited the store to select a replacement headboard, anticipating a smooth delivery of our new bed. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when the delivery arrived without the mattress, forcing us to sleep on the floor yet again. We made multiple calls to resolve the issue, but communication was poor--our calls were not returned, and we were left going back and forth without clear answers. When the mattress was finally delivered, the experience still fell short. We paid for white glove service, yet packaging materials were left behind, and the team did not remove the metal frame as promised. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and highly inconvenient. I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism.
