Ed Curcio, the manager, put me on their sensor machine, which is like a mattress but it measures all your pressure points while showing you a little video, and then spits out recommendations of mattresses with the right level of support. I spent time laying on just those mattresses, which were all up and down the price range, and bought the one that actually had me drifting off to sleep right in the store. After explaining all the different coil technologies and spending like an hour patiently watching me fall asleep and even giving me feedback on how straight (posturally aligned) I looked on the different mattresses, Ed gave me a great deal on the mattress I picked out, threw in the box spring for free, and gave me the frame at cost. But the excellent customer service didn't stop there. I was in a hurry to get it delivered, but I had left my phone at my sister's house, several states away. Ed actually had the delivery people call his own cell phone at 7:00 this morning, before the store was even open, and relayed the delivery time to me by email! Now that is above and beyond! It's less than 24 hours since I decided I had to finally face the dreaded task of mattress shopping, and I am in possession of a fabulous new bed that I really think I am going to enjoy for years. And if I don't love it, they have a very reasonable exchange policy, and will put me in a different mattress for about a $200 fee (mainly for delivery and removal of the used mattress). I could not be happier with the whole experience, and highly recommend going to see Ed Curcio at Mattress Warehouse. He's a super nice, very well informed, low-key salesman who will listen to your needs and guide you to the right bed for you. He took all the hit-or-miss guessing out of this important purchase.

I went to this store a month ago and ordered my Furnitue. I ordered a dresser, living room set and…read moretable for kitchen. When they first delivered the furniture the two guys said the sectional could not fit through my door and i needed to get a different couch. Then they bought up the dresser in which was damaged they had to take it back. They put my kitchen table together but left in a hurry which i thought was weird... after they left l went back to the store to pick out a new living room set we set up a delivery for that. long story short a few days later i was sweeping my kitchen and i attempted to move the table but the leg was wobbling i went under the table to see why and seen the guy who put the table together broke the one leg and tried to do a quick fix. I immediately contacted the store (lansdowne store) he told me to send him an email in which i did. Also the new living room set came and it was put together i sat on it the third day and that is when i felt a nail or something poking out of the material and a few other defects. I told the guy at the lansdowne store and he stated he will have them look at it when the replace my table. So fast forward to delivery date of the table they suppose to replace 1/8 i stayed in the house all darn day as they can't promise a time it was between 9-8pm THEY NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED. I am sooo pissed. I am making payments on damaged and defective Furnitue i would not recommend this place at all. I have my email paper trial regarding all of this. i sent email about all my issues since last month and i just sent another email about the no show delivery. The email has been sent to their corporate headquarters and the lansdowne store. I will also be contacting the finance company to complain as well. Poor customer service!!! (Excuse any typos in this review i am just upset about all of this)

It took me a long time to make my choices...thanks team! Install was much faster then expected and due to the size of the room, I have extra flooring (they needed 3 planks from the final pack, I totally understand that's how it's sold) so I think there's enough to do the bathroom too. The new floor looks great so far and easy easy clean up (painter ghosted me, so I had to paint the walls AFTER the floor was installed, thank you for talking me into the vinyl for that room! My paint spills peeled right up!) I'll be back again when I save more money to do the next room!!
