Called ahead, great phone mannerism. Came into the store, great walk through and testing of mattresses. Even learned a few things. Cancelled my order at a prior store because I had been lied to by the salesperson and here I was experiencing top tier service... or so I thought. Long story short, I went through a bit of hell trying to order my mattress using a prescription because it's to be delivered to another state (lesson learned and sharing to all who reads this--probably can't do it). Thank God for Micah, the store manager. When I tell you that he made all the hurt and pain go away. A consummate professional during all the calls he had to make on my behalf -- some with less than helpful folks on the other end. Micah understands people and service!! Do not buy a bed here. Delivery was a disaster. Showed up hours before the delivery window without notice, tracked mud all over my carpet and they told me to clean it up myself, I paid for removal of my bed and instead they moved my old bed to another bedroom and told me to break it down and call a junk removal company, they didn't deliver the remote and they told me to drive to the store to get another one even though my whole afternoon was full of doing their job and cleaning my floors. I called the store manager, he said he's really sorry but there's nothing he can do because they outsource delivery to a 3rd party deliver service so they can make extra profit. I love my new Sleep Number bed! I haven't slept this well in more than ten years. My bed has a fully adjustable base (I can independently change the elevation of my head and feet), the famous Sleep Number mattress that can be made as soft or as firm as I want, and a foot warmer. The bed is controlled via a phone app which also tracks the quality of your sleep. Liz F. at the Frisco location (near Stonebriar Mall) was very empathetic and sensitive to my needs and requirements. Even the crew that delivered and installed my bed was as friendly and helpful as could be. I purchased a bed from the Frisco, Tx location. I discovered that my Rx had expired and went to get a new one. Sleep Number refused to honor my Rx which is a violation of the law. They owe me nearly $600.00 and refuse to at least give me store credit. I wont buy another one if this is how they are going to treat me. read more

We stopped by Stonebriar Center and purchased a $3000 King size sleep number bed. During the purchase we were told there would be no restocking fee and no hassle returns. Unfortunately that wasn't entirely truthful. After a couple weeks of adjusting the bed, one malfunction and an agonizing wait to an unanswered customer service number we decided to return the bed. However, we were told we needed to wait two more weeks before we could request to return. The short of the story is the no hassle returns meant they were still going to ding us for the $180 delivery fee. Save your money and don't believe the lies these people tell. read more

We bought in to the hype that the sleep number mattress would revolutionize our sleeping experience and solve all of our ills. Well after 4 weeks, we are sleeping worse than ever, but not to worry, they offer a 100% refund if you are not completely satisfied right? How could you go wrong with an iron clad guarantee like that right? Well for starters, be prepared to pay much more than you would for a comparable Simmons or Serta. Then you will pay $169 for delivery and set up. Then when you end up not satisfied, you are then charged a $199 pick up fee. So let's see, you overpay for the mattress by at least $500 then when you utilize your 100% refund you get what you paid less $169 less $199 so you basically pay them $370 to try their bed for a month. I think they have a great business model, renting bad beds at $370 per month, now who couldn't make money with that model? Anyway, unless you know....I mean completely know that their bed will work for you, don't bother because you will spend more taking advantage of their guarantee then you would just buying another bed elsewhere. I must say that after my wife and I sleeping poorly for the last few years I was really hoping that this would be the solution, but sadly it was less than a satisfying experience. My wife and I (and dog) love our sleep number bed. We love the mattress and the features like Zero G-great for my back and sitting up for reading and TV. Pillows are great too! Our salesmen Brandon H. was awesome and everyone I know that has gone to see him has had great customer service. Decided to visit sleep number store yesterday as I am in the market for new mattress. Unfortunately as soon my family and I entered we were not welcomed at all. No one greeted us and there were two associated at the register but when the obese lady looked up but didn't greet us ,just gave us dirty looks and continue to be on her cellphone. Regardless we looked around but she kept in giving us dirty looks and made us feel really uncomfortable and since we went around the store no one offered to help and the associates were not busy only one other client was there. We were told buy the salesman, Phil Jarvis, when we bought our bed we were getting 24 Months no interest!! Given paperwork for GE Capitol at 24 Months No Interest. Apparently we were only approved for 6 mo no interest with another company, but they never bothered to tell us that and will not fix it. AND Kathy at their corporate office was extremely rude!!! I am sorry to see all of the problems that customers had but we have had a great experience with our sleep number. We had good customer service at the Stonebriar Mall location and the sleep number has changed how we sleep. My back was killing me before and I don't have back issues. Since the sleep number my back has not hurt again. The main attraction for us was that each side could have different firmness. I love to be able to raise my head when I read or watch TV as it would hurt my neck to do that before the sleep number. Hopefully everyone has had or will have their problems resolved. read more

Unfortunately I have to give at least one star. This company, this store and it's manager Renee do not deserve any gold stars. First, their return policy is worthless, they just as well should not have one as the customer would be better off. Nothing can be returned for a full refund....NOTHING. While holiday shopping, I made a purchase using a Visa gift card. The gift did not work out so I needed to return the item. First I was told they would refund the credit card acct I used. Because it was a gift card, this was not possible. Then I was told I would receive a chjeck in the mail in 5 - 10 days. Three weeks had gone by and after a couple of calls, I was told, the check is in the mail. After the forth week went by and an e-mail was sent to Customer Service, I received a call from Renee, the manager, informing me the refund had been credited to the card used for the purchase. Worst customer service I have expierenced! I was promised move and set up of old bed. They didn't do that. Said it was company policy not to even though I was promised this service as part of the sale and to justify the rediculous delivery fee. When it happened, I was assured by the manager she would handle it. One week went by and I was never contacted. I contacted the store manager,Jenn, and her solution was to return the bed but I would have to deal with getting my money back on my own. Kathy in customer was very nice and credited the delivery fee. After spending $4,200.00 on a bed and being treated this way the refund is appreciated but, it doesn't not come close to make up for the way we were treated. When I called another store to try get some help, they assured me they would have a regional supervisor call me. I walked in to look for a new pillow. The hostess was very sweet and kind but the sales guys were horrible. I didn't find one I really like so I was looking at sheets instead. My boyfriend was with me and decided to sit and look at the mattresses. The sales guy came up asked if we were interest in a mattress or just pilllows and sheets. I told her we were good he was just looking at them and I was just browsing. He then preceded to tell us this was a busy day for them and that if we're not looking into buying a mattress then we need to keep the beds free for someone who is going to buy one.
