So she had to wait weeks for them to deliver the right one and take back the wrong one. It was supposed to include shipping but she got charged for shipping both times. She went into the store and they adjusted the invoice accordingly. She signed everything and thought it was all resolved. When she got her bill, they charged her an additional $700 ish more. When she called, the manager said they 'forgot' to charge her for something. This is not only wrong, it's illegal! When she purchased the salesperson said if she didn't like it, then she could return it so my mom said she wanted to return. The manager said she couldn't do that. She then asked for the corporate number and they said they wouldn't give to her. Shady shady shady. And even worse to take advantage of an 82 yr old woman who just lost her husband. Shame on you!

We purchased the Eric Church Highway to Home Gray living room set, including couch loveseat and recliner. After having the 1st set 4 months, Rooms to Go replaced all 3 pieces. On September 24th, 2022, due to the finish coming off the cushions. After having the 2nd set for only 7 weeks, the same thing happened again. I sent an email to the VP of Customer Care and got no response. We are expecting a Rooms to Go technician to come out to the house next week. Rooms to Go will most likely need to change this out for yet a 3rd set. We are not expecting the 3rd set to be any better. This is the most expensive furniture set that Rooms to Go sells. One would expect higher quality.

Laid on the Royal Jewel and it felt like the Simmons Hybrid that had laid on at the national chain. We were blown away by the reasonable price. Opted for the adjustable base with massage and built-in lighting. WOW is all I can say. Our salesman let us take our time. Said "stay as long as you need, I want to make sure you get what you need". I usually do not write reviews on Yelp. But I felt compelled because of the excellent service. If you're looking for a mattress, do yourself a favor and give this place a shot. We paid a lot less than we expected and supported a local business. Doesn't get much better than that.
