The sales person, Cindy Kim, printed a contract that stated that the sofa will be delivered in 4 months and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will I be entitled to a refund of my deposit. Noting the length of time for delivery, I questioned her to explain why it will take 4 months. She stated that it will take 4 months because of the pandemic. Well, I have been waiting patiently, it is now 5 months, the company did not contact me to explain that there would be an additional delay for the furniture to arrive. I think this was unprofessional of the company. I believe the contract is void due to the fact that the time period originally agreed upon was not kept. I contacted this company several times after the 4-month time period. They refused to give me store credit or a refund despite our contracted agreement. The owner, Joyce Lee, told me to take her to court if I choose to do that and went on to explain that all of their customers are waiting patiently for furniture. I told them I have been unable to use my living room because I do not have a sofa to sit on and would like to buy an available sofa that does not require shipping from another country. They denied my request and insisted that I wait for the furniture to arrive. It must be noted that they were unable to give an arrival date. Two hours after emailing them I received a call stating my furniture arrived and would be delivered in 2 days. They stated in was in the NJ warehouse and that I could inspect it when it is delivered. They collected the balance owed over the phone. On 4/17/2021 the sofa that was delivered and assembled in my home measured only 70 inches. I ordered a 74-inch custom-sized sofa, I am furious. Buyer Beware!!!!

I notify them when I'm on the way, and once I arrive and check in with my parking spot, they usually bring out my order within a minute. awesome quick service. I do think Target offers a good selection and solid value--especially at their larger stores. I ordered something online to pick up here to save on the shipping fee. It's located in a big-ish strip mall near other prominent brands like Trader Joe's and Paris baguette. There were a lot of parking spaces but the lot was def a bit packed around noon on a Saturday. The container store itself was very big and organized. All of the heavily discounted goods were to the front of the store, and they sure caught my eye. I was assisted with promptly. The whole transaction for pickup took about 10 minutes, most of which I think the worker spent some time looking for it in the back. I'd come back here again if I'm in the area.

Last time...Oceanside store, and the salesman from hell continued to talk over me, despite my being clear as to what I wanted. "Today only, sale gone tomorrow", blah blah blah, and NOT answering my questions. I walked out...a woman chased me sort of apologizing. Tried again today in Lake Success. Lone salesman in empty store...he should have been happy to see a customer. He sort of answered my questions and when I asked for his card, he told me he hadn't any and to take photos of any of the mattresses I was interested in. Is this company interested in selling beds anymore? Seems like not. Weird.
