Bought a full bed set and a twin XL bed set yesterday, 9/8 and upon returning home and opening the items, the twin XL set came with nothing but a flat bed sheet. Today, 9/9, tried to return for the same set, and there were no more on the floor which was interesting because there were a TON yesterday. So the manger, ANNMARIE, denied the return and began accusing me of putting the sheet in there myself! When asked to look at security footage - they came back with the security guard and another manger or shift lead LEANA( only were gone for maybe 5 min) and said I didn't leave with the same item AND I have done this MULTIPLE times before!! LOL I have shopped at Home Goods in total maybe 5 times in my life, I have NEVER made a return there, and I have only visited that location 1 time over 8 months ago NOT for bed sheets! DO NOT SHOP HERE AND SUPPORT THESE CROOKS!

The sales person, Cindy Kim, printed a contract that stated that the sofa will be delivered in 4 months and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will I be entitled to a refund of my deposit. Noting the length of time for delivery, I questioned her to explain why it will take 4 months. She stated that it will take 4 months because of the pandemic. Well, I have been waiting patiently, it is now 5 months, the company did not contact me to explain that there would be an additional delay for the furniture to arrive. I think this was unprofessional of the company. I believe the contract is void due to the fact that the time period originally agreed upon was not kept. I contacted this company several times after the 4-month time period. They refused to give me store credit or a refund despite our contracted agreement. The owner, Joyce Lee, told me to take her to court if I choose to do that and went on to explain that all of their customers are waiting patiently for furniture. I told them I have been unable to use my living room because I do not have a sofa to sit on and would like to buy an available sofa that does not require shipping from another country. They denied my request and insisted that I wait for the furniture to arrive. It must be noted that they were unable to give an arrival date. Two hours after emailing them I received a call stating my furniture arrived and would be delivered in 2 days. They stated in was in the NJ warehouse and that I could inspect it when it is delivered. They collected the balance owed over the phone. On 4/17/2021 the sofa that was delivered and assembled in my home measured only 70 inches. I ordered a 74-inch custom-sized sofa, I am furious. Buyer Beware!!!!
