Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. As a matter of fact, they told me not to look at price, just find a mattress that I like and they would work with me. The one I picked was out of my budget, but they gave it to me! My delivery will come in two days (my request) and they will call me with a window for the time. They assured me that they would have the delivery arrive after I get home for work. What company does that??? FYI~ They are just re-doing their warehouse, so it's not fancy-but they have a great selection! Also, they have furniture in the warehouse that they are looking to get rid of at blow-out prices. If you need anything, you should call them and ask if they might have what your are looking for! And: P.S. I was referred to them by a friend who bought mattresses there a couple of years ago, so this wasn't a one-time good customer service event. he was very happy with his deal also!

We ended up purchasing an LG tower combo on Saturday & it was delivered installed with haul away of old units by a professional install team today or Tuesday! I would say the value was great for both machines, install & haul-away! Manuel & Omar truck#3725 were very professional, helpful & totally answered all of our questions. Despite buying over $6,000 worth of appliances, I was dismissed and never received a call back for a warranty issue. When I called the store to seek assistance with the warranty, they informed me that I had to speak to the person who had sold me the fridge. This made no sense to me, as it seemed like a commission-based system. Even when I was their customer, the experience was terrible. To make matters worse, David was on vacation during the time I needed help. Meanwhile, my factory warranty expired, and the window for adding an extended warranty had passed. Additionally, the items they were selling could be as old as 2019, claiming to be new or recent returns. Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially considering the significant amount we spent.

He recommended for us to try a firm, medium and then a plush. To see which type we liked and then narrow it down from there. He gave us some time to test them out until be came over to us again, which I really appreciated! He then recommended which beds to try after we told him which style we liked. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny and nice. But the best part of it all was that he wasn't pushy at all, which made me feel very comfortable. Just a little back story about myself...I do not like when sales people are pushy and on top of me. It turns me off right away and I tend to leave the store when this happens. Phil didn't do that at all. In fact, after he took the time to go over everything with us, I told him we wanted to go home take some measurements and then we'll come back. He didn't pressure us at all, which made me want to come back even more. Aside from the excellent customer service, they had a vast selection of premier quality mattresses. We ended up going with the Dream Bed Lux mattress, which has features ranging from temperature regulation for cooler sleep to providing great back support. We both have bad backs and mine has gotten worse since I'm almost 25 weeks pregnant, so we can appreciate this feature. We also got all the bells and whistles by adding the adjustable head and foot base with a massage option. They had a great President's Day sale going on so why not! We highly recommend Mattress Firm and ask to speak with Phil! He will take good care of you!

The only downside to my experience (and I'm sure this is a one off fluke thing) was after laying down on multiple mattresses to get a real feel, I found my shirt was covers in freshly cut hair... I had not gotten a haircut in weeks so this hair I was covered in was not mine.... Overall pleasant experience though even still. There were no hard ball sales tactics or the feeling of being pressured to buy something right-away. They had all the answers we needed and took their time to make sure we understood our options.

We were willing to spend a little over a grand on a bed for back issues..... cash. The bed wasn't for me, but I sat on some beds and she told me that she doesn't want me laying on them - just the person buying because she'll have to clean them. Ok.. I thought you weren't busy, and nobody was in the store. She never learned anything in the 18 years because she doesn't know who she was talking to. I didn't tell her I've been sleeping on a bed older than myself and I needed one as well - STRIKE ONE. She was extremely pushy. If she was any good, she would have had two commission checks that day. She tried to give us (supposedly free with the mattress) a bed base that electronically folds up, that sits about 9 inches off the floor? We said to her that's pretty low especially with no box frame needed, she replied, "well, it's just 9 inches" - STRIKE TWO, because for someone who has back problems and 6'2" that's not a smart call. As she's aware of the back issue, she says "this bed is comfortable, I have this and I sell this the most". I dont care WHAT you have or WHO you sell it to, all I care about is getting the best bed for the person with the back problems. Don't ever compare customers to everyone else. Obviously every bed is more comfortable when you're laying there for a minute, but she didn't care about what bed was best for the lower back - I would think with her "18 yrs experience" she'd know a thing or two, but she never once mentioned anything about different options addressing back issues. Just seemed like she cared more about selling anything to us. When she saw we weren't satisfied (more so by the service than the beds), she offered us a free pillow with a purchase. We pulled a "we'll think about it" line as we were leaving and she asked if she could run in the back to see if they had an exchanged bed that someone USED that they sanitized in the back for a cheaper price, just for any kind of sale... and kept reminding us that for any bed it would be the "twin" mattress price. We already told you we'd spend over a grand on a bed - WHY would we want a used one? STRIKE THREE. Needless to say I won't EVER be buying a bed from this store, and they just lost two customers. Remember to listen to customer needs first, you'll make a sale much more quickly. And again, learn who you're talking to first before you stop making people try out beds that I was interested in buying but never told you - instead of being too lazy to "clean them". The thing that gets sales people the most is how much I look like a teenager, and how very stunned they would be if they found out how old I was. Those are the ignorants that lose my sale (which have been many) treating me different, or brushing me off because I don't look like I'd make them money. LEARN from this. And just to give you an update, we ended up going to Ashley's, who gave us so much knowlege on their mattresses for about 2 hours, feeding us info. We ended up spending tripple what we wanted - now that, ladys and gentleman, is how you make a sale.
