The first floor is where I did all my shopping. It was in the middle of a Sunday but it wasn't busy and I got to the self checkout and was out in 5 mins. The employees here are stealing. I just watched an employee sneak 2 pokemon Spcs out to his car on the clock. Manager says they're allowed to buy product if it's been on the shelf at least 15mins. It was never on a shelf. I was there the whole time the vendor was there restocking. It never hit a shelf. It went right to an employee. Those come in cases of 4. They completely took the whole shipment. I'm goin to file complaint after complaint with corporate until something is done. Waited there overnight to get screwed by an employee? read more

Target isn't usually my go-to place, especially not this location since it's one of the smaller ones. I occasionally shop online and use the Drive Up pickup service. I notify them when I'm on the way, and once I arrive and check in with my parking spot, they usually bring out my order within a minute. awesome quick service. I do think Target offers a good selection and solid value--especially at their larger stores. If this particular location were bigger and stocked like most full-size Targets, I would definitely shop here more often, but unfortunately, that's not the case. read more

This use to be Sears since they closed years ago the lot has been empty. I am glad they made a store that's has alittle of everything in it. This Target has 3 levels. Very organized, friendly staff. I didn't have a chance to go to the upstairs and downstairs level but I will definitely come back to this location. read more

This is the only target I go to it's always fully stocked with everything it's always very fast and the staff are all so helpful I never write reviews but I had to write one because of the employee that works here that deserves 10 stars her name is BiBi and she's probably the nicest women and best employee this target has I hope someone reads this and she wins employee of the month or is compensated something because she deserves it thank you for always helping me when I come to shop and for always being in such a great mood read more

A great addition to the commercial center. We made a visit on its first week of opening and boy, was super crowded and its parking lot is almost full. Plenty of merchandise to choose from. The rack has full of stocks. Lots of options to check out. Aisles have visible labels. I like how systematic their check outs. There are plenty of help to call in the self check out lane. I love this target and so glad it replaced the Sears that was there. I have been here twice so far. Great deals, clean and extremely organized store. They have a Starbucks on the first floor which is a plus! The beauty, seasonal supplies and grocery store items and toys are on the lower level. Super helpful customer service in the beauty department. I needed help finding satin scrunchies and the lovely stick lady led me to them. The grocery store items are at your own risk though the refrigeration on some of the cold cuts was concerning. I wouldn't purchase groceries here. They had a great deal on nostalgic T-Shirts the first time I came here. I purchased a Strawberry Shortcake one. They also had some nice ultra soft socks for $5.00 each last weekend. I purchased these very nice pink ones. Hair claw clips are also upstairs separate from the beauty department that also has hair accessories. One piece of advice get the Target app because they scan it at check out. I was unprepared and did not do this but for next time! read more

Big, beautiful Target location. Parking is easy, with hundreds of very wide spots. Three floors, with easy access via escalators and elevators. Lots of employees on the floor, lots of checkouts. Shelves are packed and well merchandised. Kept very clean. read more

The place was a bit dark in spots, and bit empty in others. Selection was hit or miss. Not the worst target, but not the best either.

I tried to use a scooter due to recent knee surgery. It would not work though charged. The associate tried it and after several tries it worked for him. He asked me to reposition myself make sure my back was against the seat and nope, Didn't work! maybe there is a minimum weight to meet though I've never known of such a thing. So here I was basically stranded. I left immediately no point on being there at all. read more

Target is the worst store ever! They charged me twice for the same purchase and the extra charge wasn't coming off for days. So I called to complain because their app has a help button but it's impossible to get help. Of course, it took 3 different non English speaking reps until one of them told me the pending charge would be removed 24-48 hours later. Guess what? It's been 48 hours and the charge is still there. Don't bother to get one of their charge cards if you don't want this kind of hassle. read more

I came to the new target in lake success mall and I was so happy they finally replaced what used to be the old Sears. The parking lot is huge and they have security outside to direct traffic. The target had everything you can think of. They had a big plus size section for women, which is very rare in department stores. The store was clean and had a lot of employees. The whole store is three floors and you just can't help walking down every aisle to see what they sell. The Starbucks also has a lot of nice merchandise for purchase. They had a Lotta cashiers open and they have self check out. I would highly recommend this store rather than the target in Elmont give the new target a try. read more

I'm a Target shopper, this Target had a few nice points and some areas that need improvement. This Target does not carry higher-end beauty products like the one located in Westbury. As I walked around the layout was confusing and reminded me of a Target in Manhattan. It seems to be store more focused on toys, snacks, candy and beverages. In a nutshell, it looks like Five Below and Kohl's joined together. Again candy at every corner, smaller produce department and cosmetics in the lower level. A Starbucks counter was located smack right up front by the entrance with no place to sit, no comfortable cafe area to relax, this was definitely disappointing. Hopefully they will add more comfortable seating, or move it to a more secluded part of the store. First floor has a weird layout of tons of cash empty registers, with a large return and registry corner. There's a nice garden and patio department, as well as tennis equipment and pool accessories. Very small pet supplies area, large school and office supplies, It's the perfect Target for buying toys, candies or snacks. If you're looking to try the latest in beauty or looking to do groceries, this is not your place. Also, very small book and music section. read more

Very small and does not have that many "nice" things. The beauty section and clothing section are very small which is mainly what I go to target for. When I heard of how large this store would be I was expecting a super target but it kind of reminds me of the one in Elmont to be honest. If I'm going to make a target run I'd choose westbury or Hicksville over this one. They didn't even have a big snack isle either. It's good to have close by for quick things I may need but overall was very underwhelming. read more

Don't park on the east side of the store (the shopping center side) if you are getting a large grocery order. Believe it or not the shopping carts lock after you go a few feet out of the store. If you are by yourself you are screwed. No signage in store with info or warning and no personnel to help either. Not a nice way to teach shoppers where to park. read more

Use to be Sears, now Target. Workers here suck. Went to the beauty area and everything is locked, mostly. No one around to ask for help. Asked this one Spanish lady for help and after half an hour walking around I walked out bc nobody ever came. I ended up just going to Sephora next door to get what I wanted. I'm never going there again. Some other target, they actually have someone designated in the beauty area, not here. seems smaller than other targets even though it's 3 levels. Rude employee on the second floor as I asked him for directions he walked past me and when he was far away answered without looking. Also saw a karen (with the haircut and everything) putting her cart in the conveyor belt thing and then stepping into the escalator almost hitting me because she wasn't looking, then got mad at me. This is a public place, people aren't obligated to wait for you struggle with your cart while the escalator is free and open for us to use. read more

While it is nice to have a safe and clean store to shop in that is stocked better than local pharmacy stores that get robbed daily .... The store is more of a Target JR....Laid out oddly and not a lot of options for clothing/shoes.Each time I have gone and attempted to get drinks from the Starbucks Jr kiosk- I was unable to do so. Wether there is a line consisting of only 1-2 people) they are S L O W - do not give eye contact. Try to signal one another as to pass the customer to someone else.I have waited and been ignored long enough to walk away.They clearly do not want to be there or work. They act like prisoners on a chain gang.Yesterday I actually got an eye roll from a very bothered female with only her lashes bigger than her attitude after standing there with ZERO line. After that interaction walked away for the last time. Never understood why people takes jobs in service when they clearly do not like working with the public. I actually think the motor vehicle should recruit these people. Attitudes suck! Also the check out sucks.This neighborhood has 1 too many people arguing prices on their app vs store. Not enough people working to check out overflow.If you are not in a rush- shop here - if you like a side of tude w your order- shop here- otherwise drive on over to Westbury for full stock and a frappe.
