Dr. Vallabhaneni, or Dr "Vonny" as her staff and patients call her, is a great doctor. She's professional, courteous, and she cares about her patients. I've been going here since last spring and my sleep has improved dramatically, thanks to the treatment I received here. The staff is also great! At a recent appointment, they hooked me up with a cold bottle of water while I waited for my appointment. If you're sleepy all the time or having trouble falling asleep, get in here and see Dr Vonny! The waiting room boasts great magazines like Entertainment Weekly, Mother Jones, and Austin Woman. There's a flat-screen showing sit-coms too! If I could give this place less than one star I would. They are awful.. Everything seemed fine on the first appointment. On the second appointment however not only were they late but the doctor with whom I spoke was asking me exactly the same questions as she had the first time. Where I got my sleep study done, The doctor that did it, what the results were, all questions I had asked on the first go round and that any competent doctor would have already read and reviewed. Once that happened I realized that they couldn't have been any good if this is how the treatment was going to go. This so-called dr knew that I had done a sleep study at home through an online service provided by I sleep. I would stay as far away from these people as you possibly can. They are terrible. Use them if you want anything resembling quality care. Find another provider even if it's in a different city the drive will be worth avoiding these people. read more

I've been happy with Dr. Vani and the service I've received. Since getting on the CPAP, my sleep has been restful, I'm not tired during the day and I started dreaming again. Initially, my insurance company wouldn't authorize the RX she prescribed but after she did a peer to peer with them, they authorized it. read more

After Dr. Vonnie fired me more than two months ago with no notice via FedEx letter, obviously I did not follow up last week as originally scheduled on the 13th. Imagine my surprise when the office called today to reschedule my follow-up appointment that I "apparently" missed. So she runs such a tight ship that she doesn't even let her staff know when she fires a patient. Do not visit this establishment - - she also got my diagnosis wrong, as I previously indicated. Dr Valla and her staff recently helped me with a sleep study that was required by the FAA in order to keep my pilots license. They discovered I have sleep apnea and helped me thru the process of getting a CPAP machine. They were also very helpful in making sure I had all the correct paperwork that was required. Dr. Vani Vallabhaneni was so rude, when we went to her office she gave us a diagnosis and then when she sent the print out to us she ADJUSTED the test manually and she raise the score trying to mess up with the results, we call her to ask why she modified the results and she HANGED UP on us ... After being made to wait for an hour and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was met with a rude, contemptuous doctor who blew through my consultation without taking a moment to discuss my purpose there in any meaningful way. She spoke barely above a mumble and completed a bare minimum "examination" for her fee. Her bedside manner is atrocious and completely lacked a sense of professionalism or respect for her patients. I would never feel comfortable or secure enough with this practice to complete a full sleep study. Don't bother with this one. read more

They are not easy to work with and not honest. They don't verify insurance and claim they do and you are left out of pocket. Your less ten minute consultation with a Dr leads to a CPAP that's not fitted and just handed to you. Good luck and goodbye. Gone are the days of the days of fitting making sure the mask they give you works much less that they are authorized to treat you and why??? Because if you are tired enough if they say you are you believe them and they can make you pay all the money and charge you even when you are appealing your insurance claim. Not an ethical business!!! Certainly not medicine. 8 minutes of telemed =$200 due to out of network cost because they failed to get the approval done then knowing that went forward to a CPAP that should have been $199.17 over $550 that was just handed to my husband. Sorry crappy medicine. My CPAP was a 35 minute fitting. Five mask. And we told you we were appealing with insurance due you saying you hand authorization!!! This place is a scam. Not a legitimate sleep study and terrible follow-through. This 'Doctor' told me I held my breath for 90 seconds at one point during my sleep study. When I asked her to point out at what time on the video this happened, her and her team did not oblige. They refused and kept playing keep-away when I asked for the video/DVD of my sleep study. 3 weeks later and they're still dodging my request for a DVD that I already paid for. I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company and file a complaint with my insurance company. They make you think you have a much more serious sleep issue than you actually do and do not back up their statements with proof. I was billed for every visit, even when it was just to pick up my results. Ridiculous. Complete waste of my time and money. SHADY! read more

Was sent by my doctor because I needed a specialist. First online appointment ok. Go in to get device for at home sleep study. $250 deposit. Ok. Do the study, return device, and set up appointment to review results. Received a message that I had an appointment on a day I didn't schedule. Tried to call and reschedule. No answer. No return call. Show up at the office just to be told nothing can be done. About an hour after I get home I get an appointment invite. Take it. She goes over my results. Basically I have sleep apnea and need to sleep on my side. That's all fine and dandy except I have been diagnosed with narcolepsy with excessive daytime sleepiness. This was not mentioned. When I ask about my deposit, it's not really a deposit, it's a down payment towards what I may owe if insurance doesn't cover it. So almost $500 to tell me to buy a pillow to sleep on my side. I would not take my dog here , let alone a person . The people are SO unbelievably unprofessional. No one is on the same page and things are not communicated , which in my option is unacceptable when you are dealing with someone's health . You sign up for the patient portal and nothing is ever actually uploaded. My very first appt zoom call no one showed up and they rescheduled me . It's just an all around disaster working with this company . I was told if I do my sleep study in person I could get my results .. so I went and did this uncomfortable sleep study in person in these gross beds , and then they told me I'd have to wait for my results . They are now telling me the doctor is out of town and I have to wait a another week . If my insurance didn't force me I would have canceled this the very first day when they didn't show up to my zoom call this place is AWFUL ! I'm positive it will be shut down here in the next few years cause this is just mind blowing . read more

Staff are very polite and courteous. The sleep study went about as well as you could expect when sleeping in a modified doctor's office covered in wires. The only couple of things that I had a problem with was the wait time between appointments. I figured the results would take a few days to a week at tops. The other was that it seemed like they were trying to bill me and my insurance as much as possible by trying to schedule a second sleep study just to find the right pressure needed for a cpap machine. (I was told later from several people who use cpap machines that the machine does this automatically) I felt like this was a bit dishonest since the doctor said it was needed. If I had the experience and knowledge I have now, I don't think Sleep 360 would have been my first choice, but all in all not terrible. read more

Too many office visits. I have had several sleep studies in the past 20 years and I never had to make all these Dr visits. Tia at the Killeen office is my absolute favorite. She is always polite, courteous, and goes above and beyond for her patients. Megan and her truly cared about you as a person not just another name on the list to see. Tia always asked me how I am doing and gets to the bottom of what is going on with my sleep and why. She never rushes me to get out of the office and makes sure all my questions are answered before I leave. I have not seen the Dr. in over 2 years and honestly dont expect to. I could barely hear her when I did she her because she speaks barely above a whisper. Also when I did she her she didnt listen to my concerns or answer questions. She also at my 2nd appointment with her to get my results would cut me off from speaking and try and talk over me. I felt very rushed when I saw her and like I was just another dollar sign to her. Dr. Vallabhaneni and her staff are amazing. She literally saved my life by preforming a very detailed exam and getting me set up with a CPAP that worked best for me. Everything was explained to me in plain words instead of technical jargon. The staff were awesome! The doctor is a fraud. She manually adjusted my home sleep study test so that I would need to have many more visits and charge my insurance. I had a Department of Transportation job and she didn't realize what to do on the medical examiners certificate. She chose the wrong box and I could of lost my job. Either her education in other continent is bogus or she is just stupid, or anti gay! Who knows! Filed a fraud claim with insurance and am contemplating a malpractice lawsuit. Stay very far away from these scammers!! The doctor is all the things the honest reviews say - unqualified, rude, contemptuous, and dishonest. The staff are not great. How could they be with a boss like that? In March 2020 I had a prescheduled appointment and turned up to find the office shuttered and lights out at 9 am. I met one of their poor interns outside who had driven hours to be there for his scheduled shift and no one there. They didn't bother to even contact me after their no-show for days and when they did they said it had been the doctor's day to be in Killeen so even though they scheduled me for Austin knowing that, it was my fault! Wow! Amazing. I hung up on that nonsense. Then I got a call from the office manager who was only about trying to lure me back in to see them again! Why would I waste a second or dollar ever again on such a silly irresponsible practice? But here's the best part - for four months now they have sent me bills demanding a copay for a visit they didn't bother to show up to! I have called them repeatedly to remind them they should not be billing me for a visit they didn't show up to and in fact they owe me for wasting 4 hours of my day for an appointment they blew off. They just mumble, "Uh...sorry...uh....we'll fix it." And then the next month here comes their stupid bill again. I *really* needed an updated CPAP prescription - it's been years since I've seen a sleep doc. I really needed this help - they fudged around and now with the pandemic raging, I can't go out at all. These scammers do not take the health of people seriously and play games with their lives and money. They should not be in practice. Dr. Vallabhaneni is a wonderful sleep deprived Doctor I didn't realize how much my life would change once I had adequate sleep with using a cpap machine. My family has voiced I have had the sparkle in my eye again and I am alert to the conversation going on around me. Dr. Vallabhanenian her staff are awesome. I have suffered with symptoms from not getting the proper sleep and really did not understand why until I was sent to the Sleep 360 sleep center. Once there they explained why I feel the way and do and scheduled my sleep study. After having the sleep study it was determined that I needed a CPAP machine. The results from the sleep studies were clearly explained to me. I would recommend the Sleep center to anyone who suffers from lack of sleep. read more

I transferred to Dr. Vani from a different doctor and already had a sleep study and CPAP equipment prescribed by that doctor. I find Dr. Vani and her staff to be courteous, professional and informative at all my visits. Her staff downloads data from the SD memory card from my CPAP machine that indicates the duration of my sleep, sleep apnea-hypopnea index, and other markers of sleep quality and written reports are produced. Dr. Vani analyzes the reports and reviews the reports with me while discussing the results of her analysis of the data with me. We discuss any changes to my treatment she feels are warranted based on her analysis of the data reports and any concerns I have and other health issues I experienced that impacted my sleep quality. She provides prescription orders for supplies to my CPAP supplier company authorized by my insurance company. Life is good with good sleep. read more
