    Quality Ferris mowers with vanguard engine from SLE Antioch tn. Quality at its peak.

    SLE and Ferris mowers is a complete disappoint. I made the purchase for what I thought was best in the class. It has been a complete joke. The vanguard engines are horrible. My mower has been in the shop most of the summer. I cannot use it. I get told to call the dealer. All Briggs and Stratton call Ferris. Call repair shop. And cannot use my high dollar over hyped over priced POS mower. Stay away from vanguard Ferris and especially SLE in Antioch tn. They will not back their equipment product

    Broken handle on chainsaw.

    Recently I purchased an expensive Husqvarna professional chainsaw from SLE Equipment. It arrived damaged in shipping, and I sent it back. Now, a month later SLE has yet to credit the cancelled purchase back to my credit card. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company which SLE's Customer Service Rep Terra claims SLE settled. A call to my credit card company reveals that SLE Equipment has not contacted them or settled the account. I initially filed a claim for the damage with UPS. They settled by paying SLE for the damage. So far SLE got their damaged saw back, a settlement from UPS and my money from a credit card purchase. I will not be doing any further business with this company.

    Just purchased my toro 4000. James was very helpful and knowledgable. I would highly reccomend SLE if you are looking for a new mower..They have always been able to satisfy my mowing needs. Thanks again SLE!!!

    DON'T DO IT! The mower I ordered came in damaged and they, to-date, have not done what they said they would do to correct the problem. That's been over 10 months ago. After many many phone calls I still have not received the replacement parts or credit for the damages!!! errrrrr

    Watch doing business with this company. Was quoted a price on a mower and then went to pick up and would not honor the price given.

    I wish I could give negative stars. Extremely disappointing experience with the tool rental…read moredepartment at the Antioch Home Depot. I rented a Mantis XP tiller for a gardening project, and while the employee started the engine in-store, they never actually checked that the tines worked. Once I got out to my project site with no phone service, I realized the tiller was completely unusable, the engine ran, but the tines would not spin at all. I returned the equipment 12 hours early, explained the situation calmly, and even showed multiple forms of proof/video that the machine was not functioning properly. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was basically accused of breaking it, so I wouldn't have to pay the remaining balance, and told there was "nothing they could do." They repeatedly asked me why I didn't call and let them know that the equipment was broken. I first of all did not have service and second of all it shouldn't be my responsibility to let you know that your equipment is broken. The best offer was only 10% off for equipment I couldn't even use. The fact is, they were assuming that I didn't know how to work the machine and somewhat assuming that I had broken it. Frankly, I was offended that they would even say that when I had approached so calmly and nicely for what could've been a very normal situation I'm sure this has happened in the past. I walked in, hoping to just speak to someone and explain my experience and immediately was treated like I was up to no good and trying to scam them out of money. What made the experience worse was the lack of knowledge at every level I spoke to. I waited 30 minutes for a manager to tell me that the ground was too hard for a tiller to run, however, in the video I showed him of the tiller tines not spinning the tiller was not even touching the ground. Frankly, it was an embarrassing show of a lack of knowledge amongst so many different employees. I question how they're even able to keep their jobs. The entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish. I understand rental equipment can malfunction, but the equipment should have been properly checked before being rented out, and customers should not immediately be treated like they caused the issue. I've rented from other Home Depot locations, especially Cool Springs, and have never had an experience this frustrating
