When I went back to present him with these specific facts and asked for my money back he yelled at me and talked down to me with a vulgar tone and inappropriate language. Once he realized I knew what I was talking about he refunded my money (in cash, even though I paid with a credit card so it wouldn't be on the books) and said "I'm sure you're going to leave another bad review just like the others"... and why wouldn't I!? The inspection reports they send to my phone are always clear and have photos to show me what they're talking about. I have taken my car here for oil changes, tire rotations, flat tires, problems with the fuel tank vapor line (mice chewed a hole in it), new tire pressure sensors (my car has over 240K miles on it), cooling system service, new brakes, and gotten the A/C fixed.
