My car work was done the next day, ahead of when Jamie had promised, and not only does it look beautiful, they washed my car and cleaned the interior, too. Another very nice touch is I was able to leave the car rental at the shop when I got my car, and they handled getting it picked up for me. Very convenient. This place is a rarity in that it was easy, the value was there, and the two dealers were honest brokers. I always reference if I would send my mom to a dealership or repair shop as my level of expectations. This time, I actually *did* send my mom here to buy her new car. She walked out incredibly happy, Brian and Charles were amazing. This dealership isn't a churn shop; each car they purchase goes through a full inspection and basic repairs, and they don't sell it if it isn't up to spec. This is better than some brand name dealerships that we went to immediately prior to this. I have a few more used car purchases in the next couple years. You can be damned sure this is my first stop.

I would not recommend using them for anything. Brian asked my boyfriend to go and pick up his food for him while they still worked on his car that they have had for over a two weeks. When she inspected the vehicle, there was food and trash left inside. There were also stains and grease/dirt on the interior. The center console compartment, glove box, and, her bag in the trunk had all been rummaged through. Fortunately, I had removed anything of real value. In addition, somebody else's phone charger was plugged into the center console. The vehicle had been left with a full tank of gas. When picked up, there was only one quarter tank of gas left. They had clearly been using our vehicle during the time they had it, a span of six days.

She is now having trouble getting some one to fix it as they have made the sale and received their commission. What happens when the seat does this and it causes her to wreck?
