My husband made it to the off ramp where I called Kunkle and spoke with Mark again in almost tears and he was so understanding and helpful. Mark sent out an Angel. James came with three tires and changed them all right there on the side of the road within 30 to 40 minutes. He was so pleasant. James and Mark made the situation so much easier to handle. Didn't see any haggling of here's one price let me see if we can do better type shenanigans. This was probably in part that she was set on buying this car so didn't put any argument against the price. We got there about 2 on Sat and left after 5:30. The sales people were straight shooters on what was the price, the extra coverages offered, and steps of purchase process. The lobby waiting area is modest but there's enough seats, and they have this auto coffee machine that could make about 11 varieties of coffee! Some charging ports, vending machines around near restrooms. The trax in pic attached is actual one she purchased off the showroom. The ease of the buying process and generally low price would have me consider coming here out of Columbia, so congratulations.
