I was traveling to NC and my cars engine stopped with flashing lights on I pulled over . Bobbie came and told me that the best thing is to pull to Kia in Columbia because engine may be covered , their had had issues. I never would have thought to go there , my car is 2018. but thankfully it was 100percent under warranty. in fact, I had a recall that I never knew that extended my engine warranty. He saved me thousands and just took time to tell me stuff I didn't know . most tows will take you to were you ask. so glad he told me and I listened. Bobby came to our rescue with a Tow Truck after our F250 pulling our camper broke down on I-26 West near Newberry, SC. He was God-sent and unbelievably kind and courteous!! Cruising west on I-26 late in the evening on my way to Greenville when we had a blow out on the front passenger tire. After checking the trunk and realizing many new cars don't come with a spare tire, but rather a repair kit to fix it, I ended up calling AAA. A there's no repair kit that was gonna fix this shredded rubber mess. After I figured out how to explain my location to the AAA dispatcher, they said they'd have someone to me in about an hour. Luckily, Bobby from Kibler's called about 10 minutes later to say he was on his way and get my exact locale. He arrived 15 minutes later and loaded the car onto the flatbed in no time. Our destination was Greenville, SC, almost an hour away, so we hopped in the truck with Bobby and his wife Michelle. The truck was clean and comfortable and they were both very nice to chat with for the duration of the ride. When we arrived at the AAA Car Care center in Greenville, Bobby took care of everything and made it super simple. As we were getting out of the truck to call a cab or Uber to the hotel, Bobby asked how far it was and I told him about 3 miles. He told me to grab our things out of the car and hop back in the truck. At this point he had already done his job and even exceeded expectations, but for him to continue to take us downtown to our hotel was just going above and beyond. I owe a huge thank you to Bobby, Michelle, and Kibler's towing for their outstanding level of service. Last night my husband and I were traveling I26E about two hours from our home in Goose Creek when a semi-truck's tire blew and we ran over it causing half our front bumper to be torn off and steam or smoke was also coming out from the hood when we pulled off at the next exit to check out the car. Our insurance company arranged for Kibler's to come pick up our car and take it to their storage lot. Meanwhile at one o'clock in the morning, with all rental car offices closed, and no way to get home, our dog sitter had left the house 6 hours prior, and every one we knew that could/would come get us was asleep and we couldn't wake. We did manage to wake a neighbor to let our dogs out so the plan when their driver, Corey, arrived (within the ETA I had received) was to ask him to drop us off at the nearest and cheapest hotel, 6 miles away. He said no problem and waited patiently as we prepared a quick overnight bag so that we didn't have to take the huge suitcase from what was the end of a two week road trip from SC to TX and CO then back. We were shaken, upset, and exhausted; all we wanted was to come home and sleep in our own bed and love on our dogs. After we got loaded into the cab of his truck, Corey stopped and looked at us and sat and thought about it a second and then offered to take us all the way home, two hours away... when he had already worked a full day and could have been done with us in 30 minutes and fully satisfied his obligation. We hadn't told Corey our story, he just read it on our faces and made a gracious offer. We didn't have the $60 bucks the hotel was going to cost after a 2 week on-a-tight-budget vacation much less whatever it was going to cost to accomplish that (we didn't even ask) and while appreciative of the offer, we declined. So he called our insurance company (USAA, best in the world) for us to find out if they would pay for it. He waited 15 minutes on the phone while they got a supervisor to approve it and then he safely drove us and our car home. Where we not only desperately wanted to be, but where it will be easier to deal with the insurance and car repairs. I could not be more thankful or impressed with Kibler's and highly recommend them. Man. Old Jeep with 260K miles started to die on I-26. Hobbled the thing to some outpost called Jalapa, Googled "towing," and so on. Like the other reviewer noted, Bobby and his wife Michele showed up and could not have been nicer. He ended up taking me to where I needed to go in Newberry, then returned my Jeep to my driveway in Spartanburg. He even called to say that all went well. I would give this place ten stars, if possible. Nice, smart people. read more
