Called Docs several times and left a message. No one ever returns calls there. (That should have clued me in) I went by in November 2022 and spoke with Troy the owner and he said to wait until January of 2023 because his best mechanic was having surgery. Gave the Porsche Boxster to them the first week of January. It took a month to get a diagnosis. I okayed them to work on it, they said it would take about three weeks to fix it. Those dates kept getting pushed back. Six weeks later the car is still not fixed and Troy will not return my phone calls, texts or emails. I waited another week just trying to get him to send me a list of what he had done so far. I went by and talked with the mechanic that had worked on it (which was not the guy I waited a month for) and he gave me conflicting information about what had been done from what Troy had told me. I went by the next day and took the car back, 5 months and nothing had changed about my car. Check engine light still is on, car still runs rough at idle (rougher than it did when I took it there) I paid them $1000 for nothing. Their responsiveness, and customer service is terrible.
