Whether it's a full new set or patching up a nail in the sidewall, this has always been the best place to go, hands down, and I'll never want to take my tires anywhere else. This visit was no exception, in fact it was next level. Joshua took incredible care of us. My wife needed a full set, and when they didn't have the tires we were quoted, Joshua upgraded us to the next tier of tires at no extra cost, on top of an already generous discount. Joshua is exactly why we keep coming back. Give this man a raise!

I found Turnage Auto Care through Yelp and made the appointment right through the Yelp app. Tyler messaged me and set everything up. Aaron greeted me right as I arrived and got the process started. While changing the oil they inspected my car and found a few issues with the tires I mostly knew about. He offered to send a quote to replace one or all tires & TPMS sensors ( which my 13 yr old car was needing ) I liked that they quote through a text link so you can see the cost and everything associated with the repair. You can decline the service or accept it. We talked about tires and sensors and ultimately decided to go with a better tire than quoted. They priced the cost and labor very competitively and I approved the service. There was no pressure at all during this transaction. Just information and options. I definitely was happy to find Turnage Auto Care, Tyler and Aaron. I'll be bringing both of my Hybrids to them from now on!

I walked in and asked if they had a tire in stock, to which the reply was no. Nothing additional, no offer for a different size or anything else to help get me back on the road. I spent about 2 minutes on the phone to nearby tire stores and located one. Since my trailer was untowable at this point, I walked back in and asked if they could at least mount the tire for me, and the answer was just a straight NO. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

Then after going back they were trying to charge me for bleeding the breaks again which is part of replacing the new part I PAID for and wasn't looking for them to pay me for.

I get my oil changes through OpenBay which is a third party agency of a popular Rideshare company…read more Last month was a struggle with the front office staff as my oil change was the first one they have done through them. The young lady who worked that day should get a raise for her patience with her team and the process of booking/paying for the oil change. To avoid the hiccups again, we agreed to call before making the appointment, get an appointment time slot and book it (through OpenBay) for the agreed upon time. Easy... no problem. This month, I called, spoke to Mike who talked over me the entire time. He interrupted me to state they don't do oil changes through Rideshare. He continued to interrupt and argue with me while I explained the ordeal last month. He finally stopped talking enough to tell me to just bring it in and they'd work me in. How Infuriating ! I knew it was going to be a problem. So I booked it a day out hoping that would give them some time to work me in to their schedule. Nope! I was wrong. Today, Mike continued to talk over me stating repeatedly that they don't do appointments. When he finally STOPPED TALKING LONG ENOUGH FOR ME TO SAY IT WAS A RIDESHARE request, he said they have a few cars in front of me and I'd have to leave it. What is the point of the appointment. He did not listen to anything I said; not this month and not last month. He repeatedly stated they don't do appointments. I said ok I can't wait all day for an oil change which is why I made the appointment so can I reschedule my oil change for another day. No...I cannot. They do appointments but they will squeeze you in after the cars they already have. Ok great. I'm not arguing with someone who lacks communication skills and problem solving skills. I started to ask if I could just reschedule for when they open when he talked over me for the last time. I said don't worry about it. I'm good. There is a variety of companies out here doing oil changes, with or without the Rideshare bonuses, for me to argue over a $100 service. I'm good. I do not recommend
