When I went back to present him with these specific facts and asked for my money back he yelled at me and talked down to me with a vulgar tone and inappropriate language. Once he realized I knew what I was talking about he refunded my money (in cash, even though I paid with a credit card so it wouldn't be on the books) and said "I'm sure you're going to leave another bad review just like the others"... and why wouldn't I!? BIG RED FLAG!

i took my 2018 jeep to taylors for them to replace the radiator a few months ago. they did and had…read moreput on the work order that they were replacing the thermostat also. when i got it back the service engine light was on. our neighbor had a device that told you what the symbol meant. it said that it was the thermostat. we took it back and told them about what the symbol meant. they did a diagnostic anyway and charged it to us. they did not put a new thermostat in so i was under the impression that we would only have to pay for the thermostat which i was willing to pay for but they had to put new antifreeze in. our bill ended up being around four hundred dollars. i think it was un fair to have to pay all that for their mistake. they should be willing to make their mistake good and not pass it on to us. maybe they made us pay because we are senior citizens.

The inspection reports they send to my phone are always clear and have photos to show me what they're talking about. I have taken my car here for oil changes, tire rotations, flat tires, problems with the fuel tank vapor line (mice chewed a hole in it), new tire pressure sensors (my car has over 240K miles on it), cooling system service, new brakes, and gotten the A/C fixed.
