As far as the physical therapist, he is very considerate and thorough. He does an excellent job, explaining what he's doing and why you're experiencing what you are. Even after my first session with him I felt relief. He also gave me exercises that I can do at home and being able to address my own pain as well as prevent it feels empowering. The assistance that they have are also fun and friendly. I have had nothing but great experiences here and with the staff. If you've been experiencing muscular pain or stiffness and putting off being seen, I highly recommend you put your comfort first and you make a stop here.

It is Rancho Physical Therapy home office that is enable to do their job I am stuck in the middle unable to get Service or Care being told that the Veterans Administration is lying when I've seen these receipts with my own eyes. If I have to say do I recommend this to a veteran being outsourced to the civilian sector for Physical Therapy I would say no for this I would say I recommend them for the level of care that they give. I think I have given Given great physical therapy that the therapist here are very knowledgeable and able, however, clerical wise I would say you were looking into going. Somewhere else would be the best for you as they cannot get on the same page with their home Office is it their fault no but the brand all works off of the same rules which requires you to get the paperwork approved through their home office who claims they don't receive it

We've been receiving OT services from Miss Julia for a couple months now and are so happy with the…read moresupport she brings to our son. My son is always rummaging through her bag to see the type of toys she brings to session and he is always pleasantly surprised with what she brings out. Lately we have been having session out in our front courtyard so that we can have some fresh air and sun. Miss Julia always gets his body moving and exploring. His motor skills are improving tremendously and after todays session he had a nice nap after the active movement. Miss Julia always has a positive attitude coming into session and engages in a friendly manner with my 2 year old son. I'm so thankful for the San Diego Regional Center for funding these services for my developing son. I returned to North Coast after a knee replacement in the spring, and Brent Kobs had been added to the staff after Chris moved. Brent was equally skilled and had me doing things with my new knee it took me months to achieve with my first knee replacement 15 years before. Another great thing about North Coast other than the quality of their personnel is their care model--you are assigned to one PT who sticks with you from start to finish. I went to another PT place in Oceanside for my shoulder, and for every visit you got anyone who was available for that particular session--even high school students who were seeing if they wanted to study physical therapy in college and didn't know what they were doing to the point that one young girl told me to do something that could have injured my shoulder. All I can say is if you need PT for any reason, I recommend you put North Coast at the top of your list.

They work with you and they ask questions. They don't overwork the injury and if an exercise hurts they will they alter the exercise so you aren't in pain like some other places. I absolutely love them and recommend them. You won't be sorry. Also, they are great about keeping the equipment clean after every use, they wear masks and wash their hands constantly. I feel safe when I go there.

However, the administrative side of this office was extremely disorganized and stressful. The receptionist repeatedly failed to call me back to schedule appointments, which resulted in several weeks going by without being seen. For physical therapy, consistency matters, so this was very disappointing. I also later received a bill for copays that I was never informed about ahead of time. I originally started treatment with an approved number of sessions through my insurance, but once the new year began I was suddenly being charged copays even though my authorized sessions had not expired. No one explained the insurance change or warned me that my costs would change. What upset me most was my interaction with Terri in the billing office. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, she was yelling at me on the phone and demanding payment. It felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, the therapy itself was okay, but the poor communication, scheduling issues, surprise billing, and rude billing office experience made this a place I would not return to.

I was originally treated in Encinitas with excellent care and the providers demonstrated concern with my overall well-being. I requested a transfer to this location in Oceanside as this is where i reside and wanted services close to my home. I have 4 herniated discs in the lumbar region and for the life of me I cannot get a therapist to provide hands on therapy for pressure point therapy to reduce the muscle spasms and to reduce the pain signals. Your treatment will include 10 minutes on a treadmill and various therapies to address your problem. You will not have a consistent person managing your care, and the exercises will be dependent on your pain status of the day. No consistent therapy as there's no consistent therapists.

I scheduled my appointment Yesterday I got a text message and a phone call to confirm my appointment Today I arrive 15 minutes early and completed all the paperwork After completing all the paperwork and waiting an additional 10 minutes, I was told by the receptionist that their office doesn't treat this type knee problem I didn't raise my voice. I calmly asked. Why didn't they tell me this four weeks ago when I scheduled the evaluation? I wasted four weeks waiting for the appointment I paid $25 to put my dog in daycare for the few hours I drove to your facility I filled out all your paperwork And now you're telling me you won't see me Totally unprofessional You were given the paperwork pre-authorization at that time you should've realized you don't do this type of service and denied the request You just wasted three hours of my time Totally unprofessional No wonder your waiting room was empty and your staff was all standing around doing nothing Here's something I don't understand you made me wait four weeks for the appointment I get there there's nobody in your waiting.
