Going to CORE PT was a revelation. Pam was my therapist and I highly recommend her and CORE. Pam (and all the therapists I watched during my 8 weeks of appointments there) were professional, knowledgeable, flexible and adaptive to each patient. They were also very personable--treating each of us as a person, creating a relationship that motivates and makes us comfortable doing the hard work. I was impressed with Pam's ability to almost instantly assess where I was each time, by observation and discussion. Then she adapted my exercises to current needs as well as making sure I was making progress sesson-to-session. Pam really differentiated herself from my experiences elsewhere in her ability to not just tell me how to do an exercise with good form, but why I was doing that exercise. I was also told how everything was working together to meet my goals. The techs were well trained, thorough and personable. Kudos too to the office staff who were always upbeat, efficient and great at figuring out appointments.

Over the course of about a week, I called 7-8 times, left multiple voicemails, and even submitted an inquiry through the website. I never received a single callback or email response. Eventually, I stopped by the office in person because I couldn't get anyone to respond. When I explained that I had been trying to reach the office for a week, the front desk staff dismissed my concerns and told me I must have had the wrong phone number. To make sure, I called the number right there in the office, and their phone rang. I completely understand if my daughter needed a physician referral to use insurance, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the lack of communication and the way I was treated. Rather than receiving a helpful explanation, I felt dismissed and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. I can't speak to the quality of the physical therapists themselves, but first impressions matter. Unfortunately, the customer service and front office experience were enough for me to choose to take my business elsewhere.
