Dr. Yossi Stien's practice has been one of the few places where I have felt genuinely supported and…read moreseen real progress. I had been dealing with a C7/C8 injury for about four months, including numbness and tingling radiating down my arms and into my hands, and it had become both frustrating and disruptive to everyday life. It was not until I started treatment with Dr. Stien that those symptoms began to improve in a meaningful way. What I appreciate most is that his approach feels thoughtful, tailored, and consistent. Nothing about the care feels rushed or one size fits all. He takes the time to understand what is actually going on, adjusts treatment based on how you are responding, and focuses on steady, sustainable improvement rather than a temporary quick fix. That consistency made a real difference for me, and over time I started noticing gradual but lasting progress. The practice itself also stands out for how accessible and well designed it is. His walk in model, along with the unlimited monthly membership option, is incredibly unique and makes ongoing care much more realistic for people who benefit from consistency. It adds a level of ease and flexibility that is hard to find, especially when you are trying to stay committed to recovery while balancing a full schedule. There is also a strong foundation behind what he does. Dr. Stien took over the practice from his father, who was in the profession for more than 30 years, and that depth of experience absolutely comes through. He clearly knows his craft, has been immersed in this world for a long time, and brings a polished, modern approach that still feels grounded in real expertise. It is clear he has learned from the best while also developing his own style and treatment philosophy. If you are looking for chiropractic care that feels professional, personalized, and genuinely effective, I would highly recommend Dr. Stien. For me, this was not about a flashy experience or exaggerated promises. It was about finally finding the right place, the right approach, and seeing real improvement after months of dealing with a stubborn injury.

I have been fortunate enough to discover upper cervical care over 10 years ago (there were only 2…read moreBlair practitioners I was aware of in San Diego County at the time). I've been a loyal patient of my original chiropractor ever since, and he changed my life after years of chronic neck/back pain from 2007 to 2016. What started as multiple visits per week eventually became as-needed, maybe 2 to 8 times a year. That's how well it worked. This past November (2025), that familiar pain came back. After numerous visits over three months with my regular doctor, more than I've had in the past three years combined, nothing was holding. One Saturday I was desperate and he wasn't available, so for the first time in nearly a decade I searched for another Blair specialist. That's how I found Dr. Park. She found that both my atlas and axis were misaligned on both sides. My first adjustment gave me the best relief I'd had in months. On a later visit when the upper cervical adjustment alone wasn't giving me the instant relief I usually feel, she had me come back the next morning to reassess. That's when she worked through the compensations throughout my spine. As she did, the pain actually intensified, but she stayed with it. After addressing the compensations, she rechecked and adjusted my C2 again, and all the pain just disappeared. I turned my head in all directions, up, left, right, and felt nothing. I got emotional. I'm not here to compare doctors. I'm sharing my story in hopes that someone dealing with any type of chronic pain or condition discovers this technique and gets to feel as normal as they can again. Fortunately, both doctors are open on mostly different days, so I plan on seeing them both as needed. Dr. Park is a true Blair technique specialist, she's thorough, compassionate, and persistent. I can't recommend her enough. I've attached X-rays pre upper cervical (2016) to 2026. Still a military neck but going in the right direction.

Last week, I found myself with a rare hour of free time, and decided to Yelp for a nearby chiropractor. Dr. Mountain's shop was just around the corner, and the reviews looked promising, so I called. His receptionist took the call, and when I asked if they took walk-ins, she hesitated slightly before saying "come on in". It was clear to me that, as other reviewers have pointed out, they were making room to help me. Dr. Mountain is a lifesaver. He listened to me describe the injury, and did a thorough exam, before taking me through a handful of adjustments, followed by hot and cold therapy and muscle stimulation. My relief was almost instantaneous, and several days (and one follow-up visit) later, my back is as good as new. Outstanding care, great service, and completely reasonable prices.

I look forward to getting to "The Herf" (sorry doc--you've warned a nickname in my book) I have had to "fire" my other providers over the last year due to them FORGETTING about the care and compassion component that should be carried out with patients. But, rest assured, you DO NOT have to worry about that issue here at HC--because THIS team of HEALERS is truly stellar! You can be confident that you're in good hands--literally.

I tweaked something in my neck and thought I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I had the worst pain I have ever felt and I have a very high pain tolerance. I was unable to turn my head to the right or the left without feeling like I was going to black out and even sitting straight up hurt. I messaged Spectrum this morning and heard back from them within a very reasonable time frame. I was able to get in to see Dr. Cam today at 1130am. After talking with him and telling him what happened he told me what he thought was wrong and then proceeded to come up with a treatment plan that would best suit me. I left still feeling sore but not in the same amount of pain as I had walked in with. I am currently writing this review at 3:00pm and actually have decent range of motion and can say that my pain level went from a 15/10 to a 5/10!! Dr. Cam really showed today how much he cares about his patients and really proves you aren't just another number or $ with Spectrum Chiropractic! I will be following the stretching exercises Dr. Cam sent me along with my GP Dr recommendations. I really am so happy I found Spectrum, Dr. Cam, Dr. Angel and the whole crew!! 2022- FIRST VISIT I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Spectrum Chiropractic and Dr. Angel Ochoa-Rea! From the moment my mom and I walked in we were greeting by Evelyn who was so kind and took us right back into a room! You can tell she reviewed my record before I got there and was asking me about my job (vet tech/practice manager)! We didn't have to wait long (we arrived 20 minutes before the appointment to make sure I could find parking - that's on me) to see Dr. Angel! When he came in he made me feel so comfortable. I explained to him my issues and he listened to all of my concerns and problems. I have an issue with anxiety when being at doctors offices but Dr. Angel and his team made it feel so warm and inviting. Dr. Angel talked me through every step of the way to make sure I felt okay. During the adjustment he checked in as well each time to make sure nothing hurt, even during the shockwave (sound wave therapy)! The shockwave (soundwave) therapy was so relaxing and for someone who doesn't like medical treatments done to them (me) I LOVED IT, to know there's a device that can break up scar tissue and help promote healing in my muscles that I've done damage to is amazing! He came up with a treatment plan for the issues I have. Once he was done Evelyn came back in and went over the treatment plan and I am looking forward to coming back for my next sessions! Can't wait to meet the rest of the team! Thank you everyone @ Spectrum Chiro!!!!!

The appointment was efficient without feeling rushed. Everything was handled with care, and the office was clean, relaxing, and well-kept. The décor even gave me a peaceful Hawaii vibe, which made the visit more enjoyable. They also had a bag of peanuts for the resident squirrels. Very cute! My only suggestions would be for an online appointment booking system for convenience and a different font for the eye chart. I found the font a little difficult to read compared to other eye charts I've seen. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this office and would return again. Wow, went to the DMV today and apparently Dr. Jones already helped upload my documents. Incredibly amazing and efficient!!!!!!! Truly amazing! I'm awestruck. He went above and beyond.
