Every time I have been here, it has been the highest level of customer service, and unbiased advice i have ever received from a retail shop. This is from the top down, a brand i can trust. Almost every instance you walk into this place, you will be compelled to write a review on how awesome the employees are. This is an incredibly run business in every aspect. This is the model on not only how to run a business, but on how to treat people on a daily basis. Their success is explainable by how they treat you, and the sincerity of the message their owners not only project, but personally live on a day to day basis. One at least one occassion, ownerships has bought me their energy drinks at Sunset Hills gas stations. Absolutely class acts. Model consumer products company. If we had more companies like this around, the entities in charge would have a problem with it. Stay small enough, 11/10

However, going into this location of S2 is the total opposite. While I still don't know the science behind everything, the staff at S2 absolutely does. This particular occasion, I really wanted to get some new preworkout. I'm really trying to watch my caffeine intake, as I drink a lot of it. I also didn't want to spend a ton of money. The crew members had my back after I told them what I was looking for. They showed me different options, price points, and flavors. They explained how each one worked without caffeine and how they will help me achieve my goals. I ultimately settled on Evogen EVP 3D, raspberry lemonade flavor. It's stim free and helps pump intensity, mental focus, and muscle vascularity. I've drank it before my workouts all week and am really liking it! It still gives a tingle and that extra power that's hard to find on those early morning workouts. Huge thank you to the staff to helping me out!

While I didn't get to meet the owner, I support his mission. It's a little bit pricey BUT that's to be expected when buying natural products. Pros: Their pricing is pretty good overall - I'd say better than Schnucks, not as good as Aldi or Walmart. The store is very clean, well organized, well staffed, and I always feel safe being there. Checkout is a breeze, the lines never take long. Parking is super easy too. Has a garage (shared with the Foundery). Good selection of local goods! Cons: Lack of generic items. There are some Meijer products, but a few areas only have expensive brand name items. I try not to buy breads or baking ingredients here for this reason. The selection changes frequently and products are often out of stock - you can't really count on something you bought being there the next time. I swear there is not ONE shopping cart that doesn't have extremely loud, squeaky, broken wheels!

I was really impressed by the time that Randi took to answer my questions, so much so that I walked out spending $250. I got home and told my wife and we got in the car and went right back to speak to them about her chronic pain issues. Again, Randi was patient and offered suggestions and insight. We got a can of seltzer in addition to the 2 bottles of extra strength "relax" and "pain" drops. My wife loved the seltzer. She drank it the following morning before meeting with her patients and said it did provide a different level of clarity that she is normally used to early in the morning. The drops are working for my anxiety, and even though the price point is significant...so far it seems worth it! Really glad I decided to take the leap and head into this shop.
