Audi Rocklin service performed the work, replacing several parts & components, tested (allegedly) the proficiency of the work and after the work costing $1400+, the leak has returned. We're very disappointed at this juncture. Our vehicle has only been serviced at Audi Rocklin, and those experiences were satisfactory and somewhat expensive without the warranty and extended service plan. This is my wife's commuter vehicle and she needs it daily; service took three days during the previous visit. #NotAHappyCustomer

Wayne Schmid has been our service advisor and it is because of him that we continue to bring our vehicles there. Also the service technician "AJ" has been performing the recent repairs and services on our vehicles and he is exceptional. It is strictly because of these two gentlemen, that I would give MB of Rocklin's service department 5 Stars.

LEGALLY BINDING DUE BILL IGNORED, DISORGANIZED MANAGEMENT, SUBSTANDARD WORK…read more I drove approximately six hours to Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin to purchase a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250. Upon arrival, I found undisclosed paint damage on the rear hatch and a dent on the passenger door. Both items were placed on a legally binding due bill as a condition of sale. The experience trying to get these items fixed has been an absolute nightmare of poor communication, ghosting, and terrible workmanship. THE POOR COMMUNICATION AND GHOSTING: Coordinating this repair from 6 hours away was made intentionally difficult by staff. I reached out to my salesperson, Julio, to coordinate an appointment around a flight out of Sacramento to avoid multiple long round trips. He went completely radio silent for over two weeks. I escalated the issue directly to a manager, David Trifeletti, who completely ignored my email. When Julio finally replied three weeks later, he admitted that David had received and read my email but simply chose not to respond to me. THE FORGOTTEN APPOINTMENT AFTER A 6-HOUR DRIVE: Julio explicitly confirmed by text multiple times that my appointment was set for August 11 at 10:00 a.m. Yet, after making the 6-hour drive to Rocklin, I arrived only to find the service department had absolutely no record of my appointment in their system despite text confirmations. Luckily Wayne & Kenny fixed the blunder and got me in, (and the only reason this isn't a zero-star review.) Later, when the car was returned to me completely dirty, Kenny stepped up again without hesitation to have it washed. These two know what luxury service means. THE "ACCEPTABLE" PAINT FAILURE & DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE: After the scheduling mess, the rest of management failed completely. David called and spoke quickly, "Your car is ready" without even identifying himself or where he was calling from. When I inspected the trunk, the repair was shocking. The tech heavily caked, globbed, and layered a thick, jagged ridge of paint directly under the central Mercedes emblem (see photo). It is uneven, grainy, and rough. Managers David "spoke on behalf of Darrell" and flatly told me that this amateur smear is "acceptable dealership level work" and refused to fix it flat. WARNING TO BUYERS: This dealership will sign a Due Bill to close a deal, but sales and management will ghost you, botch your scheduling, and force you to accept garbage repair work once they have your money. Beware of their post-sale promises.

I'm writing this review with deep frustration and concern regarding a vehicle that was recently…read morepurchased on May 26,2025 for my daughter. We were assured the car was reliable and in good condition, but immediately after the purchase, it began having issues. In fact, the vehicle has been at an auto shop since the day we bought it, and after weeks of diagnostics, we were just informed that it needs a full engine replacement. The mechanic confirmed the engine is beyond repair, and we're being told that a full engine replacement is the only option. That is absolutely unacceptable for a vehicle we were assured was roadworthy. We trusted Mo from Drivetime Plaza to provide a car that was safe and dependable. Instead, we've ended up with a financial and emotional nightmare. This experience has shaken our confidence in the process and raised serious questions about the integrity of the vehicle inspection and sales process. I urge others to be extremely cautious when considering buying a car from this seller, and I strongly recommend that the business take responsibility for the condition of the vehicles they sell--especially when those vehicles are meant for young drivers who rely on them daily.

Be wary of storing your boat or trailer here…read more 1) I had them detail my boat at the beginning of the 2026 season. When I got in the boat I found dirty footprints from their shoes inside. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue. Each time I take my boat out I can see additional dirty footprints with the tread pattern of someone's shoes inside the boat. Obviously my family and I do not allow shoes to be worn in our wakeboard boat. Oddly enough, I have heard similar complaints from other Gold Key customers. 2) I recently asked Gold Key to charge the batteries on my boat so I did not have to deal with potential dead batteries when launching. To my dismay, they did not charge the batteries and left the battery switch in the "on" position (after they detailed it). This subsequently killed both batteries. I stored a 5th wheel trailer here for a couple years as well and had similar issues with them not following through on charging batteries, plugging in my trickle charger (when I specifically asked them to), and not filling propane tanks when specifically asked to do so. 3) The most perplexing thing about Gold Key Marine is that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Not a great operations model considering their customer base largely utilizes their stored items on the weekends (i.e. Sunday). If you bring your boat back to them on a Saturday evening, it will sit outside until they come in to the office the following week. 4) I have had multiple bad experiences with their office staff. If you are lucky enough to actually get them on the phone, be prepared to be brushed off as if you are irrelevant. For example, when I called to inquire about options and pricing for detailing my boat prior to the season, the office manager at the time was very hostile and was uninterested in helping. She informed me that she had too many options for detailing and therefore could not take the time to discuss them. She advised that I "do my research" then get back to her. As if saying "its $xx.xx per foot to detail the inside and outside of the boat" is too much to ask. Or even a statement such as, "We have numerous options. I can provide documentation that details what is included with each package." Unfortunately that did not happen. After a back and forth conversation with her, she agreed to send me the options for various detailing packages. I am unsure why it was so difficult to do that from the beginning. At the end of the day it is my fault for continuing to utilize Gold Key Marine for as long as I have. The convenient location outweighed the poor customer service, until now.

Mike and I talked about a month-to-month rental with a sale consignment on my boat. When I finally got the contract, they had an attached addendum specifying six month Minimum with three services included. I called and talked to Mike told him I don't want those services because I want to keep it month-to-month and Mike said OK. After 30 days they did nothing to sell my boat, including, no consignment contract completed. So when I gave my 30 days on January 27, they told me that I have a six month minimum rental. Don't trust Mike because he'll say anything doesn't matter if it's true or false. Never thought that I've been with this company to store my boats for over 10 years, ever come to this. I've been out of the Storage for 40days now and they're still trying to get three months of rent that my Boat wasn't there. It's all about money be very careful.
