I am very disappointed. My teeth were fine. I went in for annual check up. They said my fillings were getting old and that I could use new ones soon. Booked appt, got new fillings. Everything fine and lively UNTIL I try to eat anything HOT OR COLD! Never happened to me before the new fillings. I has slight sensitivity to cold on all teeth but NOW these two new fillings are AGONY! I CANNOT EVEN DRINK A CUP OF HOT TEA!! What have they done to me??? Set me up for more work?? I dont understand how my review got deleted! I was treated horribly! They restored my teeth and stated that if it requires a root canal I'd have to get it someplace else. If that's the case then they shouldn't have touched it so I don't have to pay twice! Had to go somewhere else to get my root canal, I was already in the other clinic and they had me cancel my emergency root canal at another dentist and made me go back to their office to just get "checked" but they didn't do anything. They gave me anesthesia to dull the pain while I'm at the clinic and I had to leave and suffer again. Had to call another dental clinic to do a root canal that same day! A lot of back and forth In the middle of the rain, while I was 7 months pregnant! Why?? Just why?? And it took them almost the full day and 3 phone calls to their clinic to just email my dental records to the new place! Why? read more

This place is trying to grab $75 for a "cancellation fee" things come up and they called the day before saying I had an appointment the next day, when I mentioned I needed to change they insisted I "owe" them $75 as it's less than 48 hours, and lied that they called a week prior... what a joke. read more

SkyviewRanch dental Clinic the worst, money grab ever, I just went for hygiene, thinking 80% my insurance cover it, they end up pushing me to do the whole exam and x-ray, I told them I have done my all the exam and x-ray a year ago and I can bring my file they Insist to do exam and x-ray and been told my charge won't be more than 150, after everything done I end up paying close to $400, what Scam, this Clinic Scan and joke, I just read other reviews, everyone experienced some kind of over changes and scam, if I had read this I wouldn't go, I even registered whole of my families what a joke, please don't go there. read more

Horrifying experience!!! Still wondering, was that for real. I went to the clinic with an infection in my wisdom tooth and after that I was advised that i need an extraction. Later on, I got a call that Dr.Himani Gupta, had suggested that i need two extractions (Money making ruthless people) after looking at the X-RAY but I had made up my mind and went for only one extraction. The fateful day came and i was sitting in the chair and after a push and pull (literally!!! coz Dr. Gupta was using all her instruments and force to take out a very healthy tooth of mine) of two hours and 6 shots of Freezing she eventually gave up on me and decided that she cannot go further ahead and she is recommending my case to an oral surgeon. I was aghast and could not do anything, she covered up and gave me sutures inside. Imagine my plight!!!! I went back and realized that i had developed high fever and the very next morning because of this traumatic experience I fainted in my house and sustained injuries. This is the most horrendous experience of my life. I would never ever recommend this place and especially this doctor to anyone. read more

Kinda a money grab place. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They go nuts if they know you have coverage too. I normally have the odd cavity or two every now and then which is normal. I went here and they told to get one side of cavities fixed would cost roughly $1090 and the other side roughly $1160 to fix all my cavities. I near threw up. Saying I had about 6-7 cavities. Pushing the fluoride treatment and trying to schedule me in for another cleaning already when I wasn't past the shock of cavities I had. I couldn't understand how my teeth were so bad. I knew I started drinking pop with work so assumed it must have been that. Decided to get an other opinion. Went else where and told I had 3 could be 4 cavities because one was in between two and one was already an old one that cracked. Roughly $1000 to get all those done which is a lot but definitely what it would normally cost, but what a price difference!!!! Something wrong there! I asked him why she told me I had so many. He said I had ones so tiny that he finds when you put fillings on those ones that small, they pop right off and I'd be back in again paying to get new ones. He said just keep an eye on them and keep brushing, flossing, etc. If they get bigger or start causing me trouble, come back. So NOW I see, I see what was happening there. I knew he wasn't just trying to money grab. He gave his actual expertise on the matter. He was such an amazing dentist though. God love em ahah I'll be giving him an awesome review. I'll be for sure going to him for now on, and not this place ever again.. seriously! Sorry for the long rant :D read more

This dental clinic is a joke, I have an extremely good dental plan, and pay for extended dental through blue cross and the first appointment was a complete joke, I didn't get any work done and they scheduled me for a filling (never had a cavity in my life) and 3 scalings booking me well into April (it was Febuary when I went). After my first appointment I got a bill for $84 which they said is because they did a gum pictures to see the back of my teeth with a pen, completely unnecessary, and costed me $72 and random other charges for x-rays when I have a 100% dental plan! I am extremely disappointed, as they have brochures around, and recommendation cards around the office telling people to go recommend them which is ridiculous because they can't even look after the customers they have. I had gone another dentist previously in Chinook mall and never had these problems, and they constantly told me how good my plan is and I never had to pay for jack-shit! never again will I go here, and I don't recommend anyone who moves to Skyview/redstone/cityscape to go here either! Also I had posted this review to their Facebook page and they had blocked/deleted my review from their page...so there's also the complete disrespect for their customers read more

This office is not a joke. They give estimates beforehand, so you are aware of what you are getting. Maybe some people get 'deals' elsewhere, and when they go to office that runs professionally they think they are getting scammed. If you think you didn't get any work done, it's because you weren't listening. You obviously had a lot of crap under your gums, and that is why you need more appointments. But better to blame the office instead of your own lack of concern of your own health. 'Gum pictures with a pen'???? another indication, you didn't listen and want to blame others. Insurance is something your company gives you, not the office, if something wasn't covered then blame your company. You never had a cavity in your life??? Maybe you went to incompetent dentist, or maybe you got a fricken cavity, stop defaming companies--without really looking in the mirror.
