I went to Sendona Dental and met Dr. Amimuamwosa Obarisiagbon and things changed. He is the most compassionate, caring, dentist I've ever met. He not only hears you but he appreciates you. Theres no judgement, no legiture he is a truly caring dentist that will help you. He did 2 fillings for me today. And, although I was freaking out inside, he was very gentle, and professional. This guy is the real deal, I kid you not. His Hygeneist was amazing too. Please people dont wait. Go to Sedona Dental 17 Ave SE and request this dentist. He is truely one of a kind. Thank you so much I'm excited to have real teeth, and not be belittled. :)

Unfortunately, this was the most uncomfortable dental visit I have ever had. During the appointment, he repeatedly touched my arm for no medical reason. I had to move away to the side of the chair to avoid this contact. While I was watching something on the TV screen, he deliberately repositioned it so I could no longer see the camera. He also tilted my head without asking for my consent. Dr. Boma lowered the chair excessively far down, even though he is not a short doctor, which was completely unnecessary. He also moved his legs constantly instead of keeping them positioned steadily on the floor. Because of this, I felt his legs and thighs touching me multiple times, including the top of his thigh against my head when he reached for tools. This was inappropriate, unprofessional, and made me extremely uncomfortable. He never apologized or acknowledged it at all, as if it was acceptable behavior. I also asked him to stop adjusting the tissue they place on the chest, because it felt intrusive. With Dr. William, who treated me many times before, none of this ever happened--he was always respectful and professional. On top of that, Dr. Boma did not inspire confidence in his work. He kept saying he "thinks" or that he was "not sure," which is unacceptable when you are paying for professional care. I paid $1,400 for this appointment and absolutely will not be returning. I do not recommend Dr. Boma to anyone seeking competent or respectful dental treatment.

I visited this clinic multiple times in a short period of time and was asked to leave a Yelp…read morereview. I wish I could write a great review, but here we go... I initially went in with a toothache after quickly booking an emergency appointment. The receptionist was very nice and had actually offered me an earlier time after realizing it was for a toothache. During this emergency visit, the dentist decided that instead of fixing the tooth with toothache, I should instead have a 'new client' appointment, pay for full x-rays, and he would put me on a treatment plan for my entire mouth. This was not an issue as it was needed, but what WAS an issue is that after this happened, he asked, "is there anything else?", to which I responded that, yes, I booked an emergency appointment because I have a toothache so could that please be fixed. He said he would quickly put a temporary filling in that tooth, did so, and I left. The toothache is still there today. When I returned for the first part of my treatment, a root canal, the staff were very friendly and it seemed to go well. It wasn't until I checked my teeth in the car on the ride home that I saw that my two front teeth were now chipped. It's unlikely that the dentist and dental assistant didn't know they'd done this - I can only assume that they were aware and had chosen to keep it quiet. When I called up about this the following morning, I spoke with the same friendly receptionist from the previous evening and asked if I would need to pay for this as it was caused during the procedure, she said she'd speak with the clinic manager and that "it shouldn't be a problem". When I returned for the chips to be fixed, both the dental assistant and the dentist asked me multiple times if I'd eaten something that had caused the chip. I responded every time that, no, I saw it in the car mirror in the parking lot after I left my appointment 10 feet away - my mouth was still numb. I understand that they probably need to deny any culpability, but if it's genuinely their fault, enough is enough. At the end of this appointment, they charged me to fix the issue that they had caused. After they charged me, the person working on reception said they'd be in touch soon to schedule the next treatment - probably within a couple of days (it was a long weekend). This was 3 weeks ago. Also, during each of these visits I was told that there was an issue with my insurance to do with my birth date. After my very first appointment, I contacted my insurance company who asked the dental clinic to call them so they could work it out. The next time I went into the clinic, the receptionist told me they'd spoken with the insurance company and the result was to file the insurance via mail. After my second and third appointments, I reiterated this to each receptionist, as each one of them treated it as a new issue. Today, I received a text from the clinic informing me that there is an issue with my insurance and it "looks like your date of birth is wrong", asking if I could make sure it's correct with my insurance. Still nothing about the next treatment and this is now the 4th time I'm having to tell a different person at this clinic the same thing. Unfortunately, it seems like quite a disorganized place. Again, I wish I could leave a better review but I have to be honest.

When I first called Concept I spoke to one of the ladies at the front desk and she not only gave me a ton of information but she also proceeded to call my insurance company on behalf of me to make sure that my claim can get put through automatically. I finally had my appointment a week ago and was pleasantly surprised at how easy of an experience it was. They were super fast at getting me through the hygienist and then on to the dentist (Jubong Park?) who was super friendly and great to deal with. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need but advised me of some issues that I should be keeping an eye on. I went back a week later to get a filling replaced and the procedure went just as smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

That's right, I'm going to review my dentist…read more First, some background: I like beer. I especially like beer out of a bottle. This past Saturday I was enjoying said beverage when I banged my false front tooth on the bottle and knocked it out (classy, I know). This is not the first time this has happened. For those of you who know me, this particular tooth was bonded with a fake at the budding age of 6 when a friends' little brother threw a step ladder at me, and, in 1999; in a coffee cup incident; it was knocked loose and rebonded again. I have been going to Harker Chan and Associates for about three years and I called Dr. Harker about correcting my sudden hillbilliness Sunday morning. He graciously answered even though I called a personal number and offered to come in early the next day to get me fixed. I was in and out of his office in a half hour. To say that this man is anything short of a perfectionist would be an understatement. He is quick, professional and knows his work. His portfolio of veneered teeth is impressive; I have seen few veneers that look so natural. Now I can't review the entire practice without also talking about Dr. Chan (Dr. Chan is my regular doctor there, who rocks ps, but Dr. Harker has worked on my false tooth before and is the cosmetic surgeon, hence my call to him). Dr. Chan is prompt, lively and professional. When I was slated to have my wisdom teeth removed; without sedation, Dr. Chan had me back at work in less than a day. This guy knows his dental surgery. These men have ground, filled, bonded, poked and prodded my teeth for three years and I'm always relaxed in their chair. Their staff is friendly, smart and all have a very gentile touch. I recommend either doctor to anyone looking for a new dentist. T.
