When I used to have T-Mobile as my carrier it was always convenient because I was just run here and Make a Payment on my way home. And it's right next to my favorite nail salon. But what turned me away from this particular store was the customer service the quality of the products and the inconvenience I should say. So one month into purchasing the phone cover and the mag safe charger both of them broke! One of the T-Mobile employees proceded you tell me that you only have 14 days to make a return and I need to contact Apple themselves to request new items even though it was a manufacturedy effect I purchased them through T-Mobile and these things broke it's not like I didn't like them it's not like it didn't work for me he's literally broke within one month I spent over $131 here and a cover in the charger I got ripped off. And now I'm stuck with a broken phone cover which now chipped the corner of my iPhone because of the crappy cover And then they kinetic POS charger that doesn't work whatsoever! Never again!

Not so good lately, they have a self pay machine that has not worked in 4 months. Used to be able…read moreto pay and go. Yesterday I showed up at 7 pm and they were closed, not cool. The sign says open until 8pm. I asked about the time and was told that they are supposed to be open until 8pm. They cut out early. So I wanted to pay my phone bill and internet bill and had to wait 35 minutes, they had 3 people working. Does not seem like a reasonable time to me. The staff that helped me was courteous and respectful. But I'm disappointed about them closing early, I had to make a special trip to pay yesterday and today, but because it took to long today I missed an other appointment. So that is how it goes. They used to be better than despite the negative reviews I use this facility, now they need to tighten up. At the very least stay open and fix the payment machine.
