I was told the packaging had been changed. I walked back out the lobby and thought to myself - things cannot be returned so I better check. As I pulled out the gummies you could see that the dose ratio was different from the empty one I brought in. I showed the two employees in the lobby and they said "the packaging has changed" so I showed them the numbers and then they were willing to back and get more. Upon return, I was told that these would cost more and this would be a difficult transaction. Seriously? Its a return because of your error - no one ever apologized for the confusion, I was basically treated as if I was causing a problem for them. I will not be returning and I plan to let everyone I know about this poor service.
