The bed was comfortable and it served its purpose well for a short-term stay during a stressful transition. That said, I can't give a full 5 stars because of a few issues during our stay. There were several nights where noise carried late into the hallways, including guests having parties nearby that made it hard to fully rest. We also noticed some disruptive behavior outside the rooms at times that wasn't really addressed quickly. Nothing ruined the entire stay, but it definitely took away from the peace and relaxation we were expecting during an already stressful moment in our lives. Overall, solid hotel with good basics and a convenient location, but management could do a better job enforcing quiet hours and keeping the environment more controlled. I'd still consider staying again, but with the expectation that weekends may get a bit chaotic. 4 stars.

Not to mention she admitted to the workers being illegals and not knowing how to speak English. I didn't care about the workers but for you to have them enter while my sister was in the process of clothing the babies, how dare you!!!! There is no plug in bathroom, one of the plugs and a lamp in the room were non functional. So one floor lamp lights the entire room, very dim. Window not tinted so no privacy with curtains open. Shower drain clogged. Dirt marks on walls. Cigarette burns on sink. No blanket on the bed so we ask for one and it has at least 8 cigarette burn holes. The toilet is loose and seems about to fall over when you sit or stand up. Various holes in walls and doors, some repaired. Bathroom door does not close. Clothes rod in closet is bent to a C shape. Last but not least- A storm came in on the 2nd night and the ceiling started leaking onto the bed, we had to slide the bed over 2 feet to escape it. One plus- the staff were very pleasant to talk to and at least tried to help. This was a 6.2 on Expedia btw- it was like we were being pranked

I acquired about weekly lodging for a friend with a psychiatric service dog. I called via phone and was told the weekly rate would be $325. Ask how many people told one person said it was okay. Ask the person's age said 52 said it was okay. Then proceeded to mention that a psychiatric service dog will be accompanying the person to which the reply was I have a no pet policy I don't care what the animal is for I do not accept animals your person is more than welcome to rent a room here but they must leave the dog somewhere else I don't care what the dog does for the person and then hung up on!
