The straw that broke the camel's back was when we made repeated text messages with him indicating that he would indeed be here today at 10:00 to complete the repair . He indicated that indeed he would be here today. He was not. The issue is the owner of the vehicle has to take off work thus losing money to make these appointments . He did not show he did not reply to any emails or phone calls . As of this riding I'm still waiting to hear from him . I have contacted someone else to complete the repairs . As a business owner myself , I can't even imagine treating your customers this way . Do not use this person . I see the good reviews seem to be a year ago . Apparently, a lot can happen in the year .

Thankfully, Jordan was super nice and eager to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He doubled his efforts, and it looked great after that. Unfortunately, the lemon scented cleaner he used was so strong. The smell lingered for quite awhile, even after me trying to air it out in the freezing winter, and the smell (and maybe the residue) was all over my clothes. I would go back because Jordan had a great attitude, and the price was fair. But I would definitely go earlier in the day to be able to give a good view inspection after the work is done. And I would request or even bring along a different cleaning product for him to use.
