We are now in week three of attempting to get a clear answer on the termination process. Every interaction results in the same vague responses: "we're checking on it" or "we're escalating it." Unfortunately, those statements seem to mean absolutely nothing. There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. It feels intentionally difficult to get a straight answer. Beyond the administrative issues, the facilities themselves are disappointing. The offices are very small and not well maintained. Common areas are underwhelming, and overall the space does not reflect the level of professionalism you'd expect for the price. This location could be good, the location is convenient but there are simply too many issues to overlook, from poor communication and unresponsive staff to subpar facilities. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution businesses before committing here, especially if you value transparency and responsiveness.

We've come here many times to visit several different companies, and it's close to a lot of the places that we come to, such as our gym and a few dining options that we frequent, anyway, so it's very conveniently located for both of us, and a great space for offices.

Casey's Share Office offers rental of coworking space for small businesses who want to have a physical address for their everyday activities and the use of shared office equipment. The facility also rents out for events on weekends. Looking at the outdoor deck, I would imagine this could be used as a great wedding reception or use the lounge area for a musical recital. I talked to the owner Casey and his wife Alice during the open house tour. I was told that all paintings and murals were Alice's creation. They are displayed everywhere I turn. Casey said this facility just opened and they were running introductory special. The website has more details. I didn't need to look for it because I don't own a business. But if I did, Casey's Share Office would be the first place to be my office.

I was in dire need of faxing services and did not know where to start. I went to UPS first and that…read morewas a NO GO (they're automatic response when asked if they had faxing services was that it was $40 dollars). So when I came across Astor Business Center on Yelp without any reviews, I will admit I was hesitant. However, I am so glad we checked it out because it came out to about $10 bucks for like 7 or 8 pages to fax. The staff were friendly and helpful. We even had a cover sheet that did not fit in their usual fax machine so they literally removed a whole other machine just to accommodate us. I will definitely consider them again for any other faxing service. I think they are locally owned so I hope their business prospers. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because their AC was off and we in Houston and it is hot as hell out here. BUT that is not too big of an issue because it was a quick process-I would just hate to come in when they are very busy if they're AC is off again.
