We are now in week three of attempting to get a clear answer on the termination process. Every interaction results in the same vague responses: "we're checking on it" or "we're escalating it." Unfortunately, those statements seem to mean absolutely nothing. There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. It feels intentionally difficult to get a straight answer. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution businesses before committing here, especially if you value transparency and responsiveness.
