We are now in week three of attempting to get a clear answer on the termination process. Every interaction results in the same vague responses: "we're checking on it" or "we're escalating it." Unfortunately, those statements seem to mean absolutely nothing. There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. It feels intentionally difficult to get a straight answer. Beyond the administrative issues, the facilities themselves are disappointing. The offices are very small and not well maintained. Common areas are underwhelming, and overall the space does not reflect the level of professionalism you'd expect for the price. This location could be good, the location is convenient but there are simply too many issues to overlook, from poor communication and unresponsive staff to subpar facilities. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution businesses before committing here, especially if you value transparency and responsiveness.

We've come here many times to visit several different companies, and it's close to a lot of the places that we come to, such as our gym and a few dining options that we frequent, anyway, so it's very conveniently located for both of us, and a great space for offices.

The only reason I would have visited the TTCC is for training and CE courses for my job. Being on Westheimer, one of the most traveled roads in Houston, if you are coming in from anywhere outside of Houston for training events, give yourself enough time to get there as you are bound to run into some traffic coming in. The facility itself is located on the 6th floor and it's not just one or two rooms, there are probably at least 7-8 rooms available and you can find them scattered throughout the floor once you exit the elevators. The organizers of the courses will of course reserve the spaces and the attendees show up. Coffee, Tea, Hot Water, Juices and pastries are provided in the morning and chips / snacks in the afternoon. The mini fridge has soft drinks. Although I was under the impression that the organizers are the ones that got lunch for us, but after seeing other reviews as well as seeing attendees for other functions all eat at the lunch room, I suppose the conference center orders us lunch too. Very thoughtful and convenient. The lunch room can get crowded if the buffet style lunches are served. Much more manageable if they bring boxed lunches and leave them outside the classrooms. The Restrooms are near the elevators and could be a little hard to find if you don't already know where they are. The most tricky thing about the facility is probably the parking. There is a multi-level parking garage right next to the building and there are also visitor parking lots closer to the building. But if you are here for training / classes, don't park outside because these are 2-hour lots. Instead, you will park in the garage, there are attendants in the garage that will provide you with directions. The first two levels are reserved for the tenants of the building. However, levels above 4 are generally reserved for class trainees. You arrive at a parking arm leading upwards to the second level, grab a ticket and find your parking space. Do take your ticket with you instead of leaving it in your car. There are typically security attendants in the lobby in suits who are providing information and directions. They could generally tell if you are a visitor or a tenant. By giving them your parking ticket, they will exchange it for a token (like the ones you see at video arcades). Hold onto that because when you are getting ready to leave, you will be inserting that token to raise the parking arms down the same slope you came up and you exit onto Woodland Park Dr. Which isn't really that busy of a street if your classes ends in the afternoon and you can generally make your turns or U-Turns back towards Westheimer pretty easily. Overall a pretty nice training center, I do enjoy coming here for my classes, only wish it was a little closer to my house, but I suppose that's what we all say about places we have to go, right?

The food they serve for lunch was better than I expected, although in the future I would skip the Chipotle Chicken. Parking is complimentary which was great. The location is also nice. I confronted the "owner" about this and he felt justified to do so because he "is the owner" This is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Especially a child's birthday! Dangerous to allow strangers to roam around the venue! Who does that! I would not recommend this place to rent, EVER! Additionally, they sell it as a "kitchen" that is available but there are always people in their offices and the kitchen does not have any supplies available and the fridge is full! The open space is nice but that is about it. It's awkward that the "owner" is there and touring people at any given moment without regards to your privacy and honoring your time that you pay to have! Hands down, super unprofessional and will never consider this place again

Michael and Jay are putting together something that can succeed, and scale if they choose to. Taco Tuesday with the Ted Talks is a well-received break. Space - multiple sizes of office option, comfortable public work spaces, the presentation space is separate from the offices, the facilities are all high quality, and the deck is going in - they never stop looking to improve. Setting is outstanding - being 3rd floor, you see big sky and trees. Parking is ample and at no cost. Tenants - everyone is friendly and professional, curious about other businesses, and focused on their own. If you are considering co-working, by all means stop in - don't let it be the place you wish you'd checked out before signing up somewhere else.
