Family owned and operated under TPC Real Estate, this brother and sister duo created motivating, energetic workspaces with flexible short term leases, then continuously offer everything needed for a successful workday, from freshly brewed coffee, to a community garden, to the most attentive manager of everything. As landlord, TPC does not exist to nickel and dime tenants. TPC is honest and transparent with their cost, does not charge any hidden fees and was genuinely generous during Covid. TPC consistently makes improvements to and throughout the building, solving any problems before the problem even occur. In sum, the Headquarters is an amazing space and great for all types of work with access to amenities like reliable WiFi connection, 24/7 building access, 4 shared conference rooms and ample parking spaces. Moving out of the Headquarters is definitely one of the harder things my business had to overcome.

I was an invited guest at an impossibly posh private event here and I was very impressed with the space inside with multiple rooms of upscale decor touches as well as the polite valets that were handling a large crowd efficiently and pleasantly out of doors. I don't know anything about this part of town. The trip down here had mild "first few moments of an episode of Criminal Minds" vibes as the uber driver was taking deserted, dark back alleys through heavily industrial and/or abandoned industrial areas. I was not sure if I was going to find myself carved into pieces and safely stowed in his freezer in what I imagined what would not be a very nice apartment at all or what. But then the abandoned warehouse rows finally parted and then you could see the super upscale looking joint kind of sticking out off in the distance with the bright glam lights and the valet boys hustling about the lot. I don't like large crowds, but if I had to be a part of a large crowd again I would do so in the handsome event space within. It is part industrial Brooklyn nightclub vibes with the wide open spaces and reverberatory noise, but part family bat mitzvah vibes that you could bring everyone and really make it family style for the whole evening. Perfect space for wearing that fancy hat in your life out of the house where you mingle with fancy people where you don't know half of them half as well as you should like; and like less than half of them half as well as they deserve.

The front desk is where we put our guest book and programs, and they even accepted a floral arrangement that arrived early on our behalf. The kitchen island was perfect for catering food, with enough space to walk all around when serving a buffet and drinks. The large refrigerator kept drinks cold, and the two large trash cans were enough. There were plenty of tables and chairs, both bar height as well as desk height, as well as extra folded chairs and a sofa, to seat everyone. They allowed us to use their speaker/mic, plug into their tv to play an iMovie slideshow using our laptop, and even had someone on-site to assist with garbage pickup at the end of the event. My sister-in-law made all the arrangements, so I don't know how planning the event went, but they were very nice when we arrived a little early for the event setup and even available for a walk-through the day before. Another reason we chose Muze is because they were very flexible on catering/bringing our own food. I highly recommend considering Muze for events where you may want your own food/catering, light A/V, and about 50 people attending.
